Slow, slow, slow. Everytime I go here the drive thru is backed up and there is no need to be. This is the only BK in the area and the time you wait discourages you from going. They dont even make your coffee and 5 workers are at the window when they should be preparing the food. This is the worst BK I have ever gone to. Then they try and manipulate some sensor by placing objects over it. I guess it clocks their time for service. I dont want anyone to loose their job, but the service shouldnt be this poor. This has been going on for years. This morning really disgusted me. Then they couldnt give me a receipt because the machine was broken. Someone needs some training. Beyond unacceptable.

Poor customer service skills, Everybody sleeping with everyone ;from the supervisor ANTHONY sleeping with all his employees no type of professional business at all. They never have anything they suppose to never open on time there drive thru service always backup to make matters worst the employees are always rude; they are always burning your food I could carry on and on i would not recommend anyone to go there and eat and the hygiene of there employees is poor just poor services all the way around I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone! !!!

I had a nice experience even though I was doing a carry out. I had a coupon for two burgers and a large fries. The meal was good-I ate it at home with a soda. I also ordered two chocolate chip cookies and they were delicious. I did not have to wait too long for my order to be prepared-five minute wait. I noticed the restaurant was redecorated inside and outside. I liked the outside designed-it looked space age. As for the inside it gave the customers some privacy and the employees privacy as well.

I work nearby and it seems that most of the times that Ive used the drive through I either cant hear or understand the person working there or the person working there cant hear or understand me. Once I didnt hear anything but clicking from the speaker at the drive through and then they were rude to me when I pulled to the window to make my order. They are also very slow and it seems to take forever just to get a small number of customers served.

So it is supposed to close at 12 but closed around 11:10 with a line dull of people. They decided to close and not tell anyone. I was sitting in line since 10:45 at the drive thru. okay I understand if you closing early but at least tell us! The car before me pulls up to the window to see whats up... They just in there walking around like they dont see no one. Okay Burger King. Wendys is taking orders till 2. Thanks for nothing.

It doesnt seen to matter what I want at this burger king, it never has it all. Their frozen drink machine hasnt worked for over 6 months, the other day they didnt have bottled water, and today they were out of loaded tots as well as the smaller wraps that go with the chicken wraps so they cut the big multigrain wraps in half for my crispy chicken wrap! On top of that, the wait was ridiculous, I wish I had just driven off!

Ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches & 1 with tomato only. Leave the drive thru and discover they are ALL covered in mayo. One with tomato the others with lettuce. Look at the receipt and it reads as I ordered it. Why cant the workers get it right. Its not rocket science - youre just warming up a sandwhich.

One of the more inconsistent BKs Ive been to. Sometimes its hot and delicious, sometimes its cold and the cheese isnt even melted. Roll the dice. (Also suspect when the staff resets the drive-thru timer sensor with their hand so they appear to be doing better than they are.)

a real hood spot ... they always dont have something .. no kids meal toy .. we aint got no mo jalapeno burgers ... were out of chicken sandwiches today ... the grill is broke. All we have is fish & chicken sandwiches today ... I have heard all of the above at this location.

It has good food. Basically, traditional BK taste, which is obviously very likable. Good customer service. Very clean and hygienic environment. Quick service and customer satisfying drive thru. Well maintained restaurant to grab a quick bite or a complete dine in.

I went to this location because its close to where I live and I had friends with me!!!!! This is a HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET FAST FOOD!!!! They didnt fix my food nor my friends food correctly.... the receipt was correct but the food was improperly made and old!!!

No fresh food! I went for breakfast and left and got almost home, food was COLD as ICE! Turned around and came back to get my money back and I expect for the cashier not to care but the manager didnt care either! WTF!

Absolutely shameful. Sat in drive thru for a half hour, just to get to window and they had run out of chicken nuggets. Management here is a joke and needs to go back to Herzing College and get a better degree.
