Called to try and order dinner was put on hold for 5 minutes on 2 separate occasions. I was told that they were too busy too make pasta with pizza sauce instead of the meat sauce. Very disappointed in the customer service- manager was not helpful and in fact the one who told me they were too busy. Took my money up the street to Donatos- they werent too busy for me order.

Bunch of ignorant dumbasses work here. If your order is correct its burnt. Gave my pizza to someone else tried to tell me someone came in gave them my name and took my pizza. No your just idiots and gave my pizza away. Never have I seen a more incompetent group of people in a simple job. Worst experience possible. Should be closed down.

Awful experience. They dont deliver to any hotels near the Dayton mall, even if its only 3 miles out. Their customer service was the absolute worst I have yet to deal with. Honestly its ridiculous.

Worst pizza hut ever. I cant give this place less than one star. Pizza usually has raw dough. Or if you order it well done it comes burnt. Wings and breadsticks are the only things good here

One of the better pizza huts around. The staff is always friendly and courteous and the restaurant is clean. Whenever we order delivery its on time and hot.
