Double check your menu!!! I honestly think the servers could do with better training and knowledge of the menu. The server I had was really sweet, and was not rude at all, but she had NO idea what anything was. I asked her how many boneless wings were in a medium order and she said "15". Turned out to be about 18 or 19, so I think she was genuinely mixed up. The menus are also very vague as well specifically about the size of the sides as well as their prices. So at face value, 15 wings with 2 appetizers and a decent size of fries sounded good to me along with a drink. It doesnt seem clear that the refills at BWW are NOT free. I got more than I bargained for which is all well and good, but is besides my point. Other than the technical errors and the vague menu/information on prices...the food was terrific. Sincerely, Nick.

We decided to have dinner at this location and were quickly seated. We sat for 20 minutes and no one came over to introduce themselves or even ask what we wanted to drink. The waiters walked passed us several times and were cleaning tables and doing everything but acknowledging we were present. We finally left without drinks or food. The manager offered to pay for our meal but at that point I was done.

$5.20 for a killians draft. service was the definition of mediocrity and my simple boneless wing order took 37 minutes. I hate this place Im sitting at the bar now and wish I had a time machine. UPDATE*** The food came out and it was cold and the manager was too busy arguing with these guys on inadequate shots I couldnt even ask for a refund or complain .

45 minutes before our food came out and of course it all came out at once. Because bringing the appetizers out first makes too much sense. And bravo to the cooks who prepared our cold meal. It was awful. How do you people sleep at night. I hope you fall down a flight of steps and land on a pile of Legos at the bottom. God bless

Thursdays at this restaurant are excellent! My favorite thing to do is order boneless wings dry, and order 4 separate sauces. Honey BBQ, garlic parmesan, ranch, and Ive of a choice of either Thai Curry or Asian zing. I dip each piece in each of these four sauces before eating it. I call it The Four Seasons.

The service was amazing...All the way til we walked out the door!!! And the food was very tasty!!! I was able to relax and visit with special people I havent seen in over 4 years!!! Along with, my son Austin, and my fiance, Benjamin!!! Way to help us make memories "B Dubs"--- aka. Buffalo Wild Wings!!

I love this place but will never do online order again, I ordered Hot Barbucue Bone in wings it even had it on the box when i picked it up, got home and it was just hot and I love to far out to get the right order kinda ruined my night lost money and couldnt even eat the wings because they where so hot

This was the worst service Ive ever had the food was bad and not cooked how we wanted it the waitress passed by our table at least 4 times without stopping to check on us, and we didnt get silverwear or napkins until we were almost finished eating never going back here again!

It is better to go on event days. If you go on non-event days the service has been slower and the staff spends more time chit-chatting among themselves. On event days they are busy and thus less fluff time.
