I have been there most likely a dozen times in the past but have never written a review - human nature I guess when everything goes well. I almost always have family and/or friends with me and tonight was no exception - I had two nurses from work. Up until tonight, and I arrived about six, the service has been great but I knew we were in trouble within five minutes. Drinks were slow, about 10-15 minutes before our drink order was taken then another 10 minutes for them to be delivered, the waiter (a different person) was slow in coming, about another 10-15 minutes but then our food order (delivered by a third person) was fairly quick. After that, we didnt see the waiter for close to 45 minutes, just in time for the check. They are noted for their burgers and we werent disappointed, as always, they were well prepared. I can understand slow service when they are being slammed but the place was less than 1/2 full. It didnt help that the waiter was sloppy looking, the top three buttons were undone (that left one buttoned) and looked like it had been slept in. I guess he thought he was macho looking; I was glad he had a tee shirt on that didnt look like it had been worn more than two or three days. I was also glad that the people with me were friends and not someone I was trying to impress. Had that been the case, I blew it. Ill be back but it wont be next week.

This place is TERRIBLE! Ive come to Red Robin for years and their bottomless fries have been advertised with pride; now, they dont serve the "bottomless fries" until your meal arrives or you pay the $1.99 to get them early. "Bottomless" = double charge if you get them earlier because you dont want to wait any longer for your meal to eat already! The scam is to get you to buy their appetizers or pay for fries twice. PS According to our waitress, this is NOT the position taken by Red Robin corporate, simply Red Robin Milford. Rated a 2 Star because Google doesnt rank the outliers - This is a 1 Star shady kind of place.

Ordered carry out walked in waited for about 10 min before anyone walked over to ask if i wanted to be seated i said i have carry out he said oh just go to the bar for that...i get over there and have wait for this girl to whine about her and her kids problems he was too busy talking to her to really help me the whole time he took my card and was helping he was talking to her about her issues but other then that the food was good so i still gave 3 stars just poor service

First time ever at a Red Robin. Ordered a burger without the mayo-based sauce because I do not like mayonnaise. Burger came with the sauce. I sent it back and tore the edge of the bun so Id know if it was actually remade. Burger came back with the same bun and a stain on it from the sauce. Sent back and had it taken off the a bill, got to watch my friends eat dinner while I sat there hungry. No surprise, this will also be my last trip ever to a Red Robin.

Nice place, nice staff, and good food! Robyn was our waitress, she was really nice and made sure we had everything refilled before having to ask for it. Recommendation: for the lettuce wrap sandwiches! Maybe make them where it wraps the bottom so the juices dont get all over you. Either way it was good and Ill keep coming back!

When I need my twice-a-year red meat fix, I come here. The burgers are so tasty, but whats the best is their onion rings and that sauce they serve with them. DELICIOUS! I will say I did try their Pub Mac n Cheese with a Caesar salad. Both of the items were very good! Oh, and dont forget to order their chocolate shake!

I have been coming here for about 4 years... this location/chain used to be great, but I feel like they are slipping. Every time I try one of their fancy burgers, I am seriously let down. $14.65 for a burger? Now youre in craft burger territory. Id rather be in OTR at Krugers or Bru Burger.

The burgers were phenomenal the French fries are good as always the additions you can add your Burger is even better they have a creamy garlic sauce that was to die for but the service was why it only got 3 stars temperamental impolite on professional

Love their malts, many of their burgers, and their sweet potato fries. Price is a bit high these days, but the food is pretty delicious and Ive always had good service experiences here. Restaurant is a little loud. If weather permits, Id sit outside.

Service was slow. 3 different people came to table. One took the order, 2 different people brought out the food. Obviously some miscommunication between them all. Food was great. Chicken was tender and other food was fresh. Will return.

Always an excellent experience at Red Robin. Service is superb and food is delicious. This past trip our waitress, Bianca, was extremely polite and attentive. Thank you Red Robin family for providing yet another enjoyable evening out.

We were given choices of how we wanted our burgers cooked, pink in the middle or no pink. We said no pink, and the burgers came to us burned. Just because I dont want pink in the middle, it doesnt mean I want an extra crispy burger.

I like their food, and continue to go back - but often am reminded of why I stayed away for weeks at a time. Service is typically slower than desired. The food is good, the place is clean, but dont go there if youre in a rush.

Went in on a Saturday late afternoon and stood there for 12 minutes before I finally just left. I was noticed by several servers but no one cared to ask me if I would like a seat or place an order. I went to gold start instead!

Its Red Robin. You know what youre getting: decent chain restaurant food at low prices. The Whiskey River BBQ Burger with a Boca patty is great vegetarian drunk food.
