Ive been a loyal customer at this location for quite some time and recommended it to friends and family. However, that may not continue to be the case based on my most recent experience. I had a coupon that expired on a holiday during which the store was not open their normal business hours. They were also closed the following day. When I called in to see if they would be willing to honor the coupon due to the fact that I was unable to use it or find any information on their website concerning holiday hours of operation, they refused. The manager said he could not go against corporate policy. It seems that extending a goodwill gesture to a loyal customer should be something that management can and should be able to accommodate under special circumstances; especially since each location is privately owned and operated. I have found this to be the case with most successful businesses. They understand that keeping customers happy keeps them coming back and more than compensates for any loss of revenue due to the use of a coupon. Its generally a win-win situation for both the customer and the business. Its disappointing when the red tape of corporate policy wins out over good customer service.

They visited Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta to offer "free lunch". I stopped by to grab a bag from the table. To my surprise this was the best chicken salad i ever had in my life. Omg delicious. Thank you....i will ge stopping by to make that meal apart of my diet. Yummmmmmmy

THIS place. Southern as you can get with an extraordinary selection of chicken salad flavors. Ive had the nutty nana, jalapeno, buffalo, and the classic. I cant even explain. Be sure to get there early as this place packs out with every lady in Cobb county.

Apparently they are not that interested in staying in business too long. I wanted to order one party platter for lunch. I gave them 1.5 hours notice, but they "require" 24 hours notice. Are you kidding me? It is so hard to make 12-15 sandwiches in 1.5 hours.

Good and fast. Excellent food and service. We cashed in some reward points to grab a C.S.C. cooler. Very easy transaction. The app is great. We got the Classic Carol and the Jalapeño Holly. Both were very good. My favorite is Fancy Nancy.
