Words cant exspress thefriendlyness & cleaniness of this little pizza place boy do you get your share of food .Not over priced either. IT is located right beside Highland high school in Marengo Ohio. P.s. If you are going to a game at the school this would be an ideal place to take the famliy for pizza, subs ice cream & other sandwhiches to & saldas,pop ect ect is is hot too when you get it. thanks staff for a great job well done!!! I now see why all the posted reviews are at least four years old! I ate pizza here quit often years ago, only because it was on the way home, but I was never really a fan. I have since found other local establishments with much better product and service! I just paid for poor excuse of a pizza. Burnt on top, unmelted cheese, and an uncuttable crust. Oh, and I think they forgot the sauce! Terrible! With a salad about an hour away from being compost. Ridiculous!

I wish i wouldve read marilees review prior to getting my food. Also, is there a global cheese shortage I wasnt aware of? HA The taste was fine, but it seriously was half the cheese I get at other places, and for 1.50 more at others itd be twice the length. I also think they need to clean up the place, and if its wiped down with cleaners on counters and floors, a little new front area would help. REALLY Nice staff, thus the 2 star instead of lower.

I live in the Akron area but drive down to Morrow county once or twice a year because its my favorite county in Ohio. I never leave without stopping at highland pizza for the crumburger. I took my girlfriend down there to try it and now when she craves a crumburger I dont hear the end of it until we drive down to Morrow. I dont know much about the other stuff, i can get fries and onion rings and pizza anywhere, but the crumburger is all its own.

Pizza places are a dime a dozen, but Highland Pizza & Ice Cream is t just a pizza place. For most folks its an extension of the home table. With everything from pizza and subs to cheeseburgers appatizers and salads not to mention the hand dipped milkshakes and sundaes Highland Pizza is ur home away from home. Great food, great prices, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere are just some of the amenities that u will enjoy here.

You almost dont see this place because it doesnt really stand out but it is well worth going in for one of their subs. I regularly have the sausage sub there and its fantastic. The prices are great, too. If you like non-chain restaurants with friendly people and good food then give this place a go. Oh yeah, they have 2 big screen tvs with sports on most of the time.

Quite a nice little place. The food is good, its not overpriced, and everyone there seems very friendly. I guess its... quaint? That sounds like a good enough word. I usually get food from there maybe once or twice a month, and I keep going back for a reason.

Your small town, ma and pa, pizza restaurant that pretty much does it all for Sparta. Ice cream, Pizza, Sandwiches, movie rental, batting cages, and meeting hall. Food is excellent and the staff are friendly. This is what a small town restaurant is all about.

LOVE their pizza! Great sauce and they are very generous with the toppings! Good burgers too! Cinnamon bread sticks are to die for...you HAVE TO try them! Hand dipped ice cream and awesome shakes!

Pizza is middle of the range, but still good. They also have Velvet Ice Cream which is always nice. The best thing to get however is their Milk Shakes as they hand scoop and make them right there.

We were just at Highland Pizza. We were not impressed. Place looked very dirty inside and out. We only had ice cream (Ruggles not Velvet). I was afraid to eat anything else.
