Went to enjoy our last day of vacation. .. server took our order and we never saw her again..had to walk up to the bar ask for things like water refills other things too . Took for ever for to-go boxes. Finally when she dropped off check never came back to take payment. ..had to go to host stand to pay where hostess acted like she couldnt take care of us either. When hostess did swipe my card didnt give me a receipt or say thankyou or invite us back. eventually our server came out to tell host stand bc we were waiting on the busser girl to tip her bc she took care of us got us refills and what not... our actual server said to us "do u need anything? " we couldnt believe she said that she didnt even wait on us the whole time . We are servers ourselves so it was a pretty bad experience to say the least. ..we usually take care of other servers when we go out to eat but that was just horrible.

When my family asks what is the best Asian restaraunt I always say Thai Paradise. What an amazing selection of foods that dont all taste like they have the some variation of a brown sauce over some variation of fried meat. Everything is uniquely delicious and the price is about the same as any "Chinese" place sells the same old same old. The one thing I will mention is that for dinner and weekends plan to be there a while, as a lot of locals love this place too. They recently moved to the knew location and are adjusting work schedules to accommodate the new size so be patient if you are giving them a first try. If you have been before, then you already know that though the wait may make you mad, you will still walk away satisfied, full and happy. "Oh excuse me waitress, we didnt order the "Happy Family", but it looks like you gave it to us on the house." Thanks Thai Paradise

Sorry for the negative review as I do love this place, but, I am getting concerned about Thai Paradise. The last couple of times we have been, we ordered the fried dumplings (our favorite thing there) only to be told they dont have them ready or are out of them. My wife ordered wonton soup that had a single wonton with no filling in it and the "broth" tasted pretty much exactly like hot water (no flavor at all). I got hot and sour soup that apparently since the move, now just comes in a bowl with a normal spoon and no crunchies (always enjoyed the nice dishes and crunchies) (soup was good). My himmapan chicken and my wifes shrimp fried rice were just so-so. We have been going to Thai Paradise for years and have noticed a slow decline in the consistency and taste of the food. I hope this gets resolved somehow as I would like to continue going there.

The food was good, and the staff friendly. After ordering our meal, a large messy family left and the staff cleaned up all the dropped food and sticky mess very quickly and thoroughly. However, immediately afterward, the server who had just cleaned up after the other family delivered our potsticker appetizer. She saw that the sauce had spilled on the plate and to keep my potstickers unblemished she started pushing them around on the plate with her finger right in front of me. Now, she might have washed up in the back after picking all the mess up from the other table with her fingers, but this really blew me away. I know she was trying to be helpful, but servers should not be messing with food with their bare hands. Especially after handling money, cleaning, and clearing tables. Uhg.

I have a few complaints. First off, The food is never consistent. Ive come a few +4 and order the same thing every time. It tasted different each time. The dish did not taste good any of the times. Very disappointing. Number two, the workers. They sit around on their phones the whole time and eating and not paying attention. Even though we were sitting right behind them while they played on their phones and talking and eating, they failed to notice that we were ready to order and ready for the bill. Not to mention they didnt even check on us once like a typical respected restaurant employees should do. Not happy.

I had this place for the first time today I called in first and the women answered all my questions told me prices and options I could get with my meal ! I arrived and ordered to go again she explained the meals. She offered me a drink while I waited on my order as well. She was very very nice wish I caught her name. A very lovely employee on top of that my general tso chicken was amazing and full of flavor !!! Perfect and delicious !!!!! Spent $7.95 well worth it for my chicken rice and soup !

I have to change my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars after ordering the General Tsos chicken last night. The portion size is way too small for almost $11 and the "fried rice" was I think just brown rice. It had no egg or other ingredients in it. However I do still love the Thai quisine. All of the Currys are great! I really like how they have a spice level that actually is spicy when you ask for it. I would really only recommend going here for thai.

Brief wait to be seated then completely ignored for 20 minutes. No hello, no drinks, no eye contact, nothing! Should have left, but walked to hostess station to ask who our waitress was. Received drinks then but service was still terrible. Food so-so. Crab Rangoon was only slightly warm. Husband asked for egg roll with meal. He received spring roll with appetizer. Husbands entrée was good. Can not overlook the terrible service.

Went for dinner tonight and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was edible at best. We ordered the dumplings which my husband said tasted like bland cat food (idk what cat food tastes like but it reminded me of a TV dinner with odd dough). Then my husband had the general Tao (which he did not like) and I had the beef red curry (which was spicy but lacked any flavor). Definitely a bummer on date night. Will not be returning!!

My wife and I have eaten several time at Thai and 99% of the time, EXCELLENT with very good service. Portions are large. We recommend Thai to anyone who enjoys Thai food. I read several reviews and one thing concerns me, the reports of food poisoning. Unfortunately, Oriental resturants have a reputation of sometimes not being as clean as should be. I hope this is not the case for Thai as it will quickly lose ALL customers.

Their food is delicious, even when weve done carry out. I love the green curry with chicken and general tsos. Only reasons its not 5 is because they have been overwhelmingly busy the last few times weve gone and its been a little hectic and the staff were stressed and lost some of their professionalism. The bathroom also needed a little upkeep. Definitely worth trying, just plan in advance for the weekend.

Great food selection. Drunken Noodles, Padded Thai, Masmaun Curry, and Bulgogi had great flavor. Loved the fact you can choose how spicy you want each dish. Great entree recommendations by the most friendly server named Ramasy. Will definitely go back again to try other dishes and have her serve us again. Best Thai my husband and I have had. ♡♡♡
