So my girlfriend gets sick while we are at Craft Street-whether it was from the drinks or the food, we are not sure- she goes to the bathroom because she felt sick. She was taking a little while so I asked her friend to go and check on her. About 10 minutes go by and a man comes up and tells me that "the two women I am with are taking a while in the bathroom and a line is forming so I need them out of there". I apologized and had another girl from our party go to get them to come out. My girlfriend then walks out and is still feeling ill so she goes outside and sits on the curb to get some fresh air. Another 10 minutes -or so- go by and Jeremy (whom I believe to be a manager) comes and tells me that "its starting to look like a dive bar out there and they cant be outside like that much longer." Heres my issue- we frequent this bar and we have referred at least 10 different couples to this location and a few more to their Trinity location. I would imagine that these people would have some sort of sympathy or compassion. This girl was sick because of something she consumed at YOUR restaurant and youre making us feel like we are burdening you? I have never ONCE given a negative review however, the absolute distasteful way this situation was handled warrants the story to be told. I will never return to this establishment. What a horrible way to treat people. By the way- my girlfriend is okay. Thanks a lot for your concern.

Went here for the first time today - what a pleasure it was - an overall great "experience" - not just a place to eat and get out. Its difficult to say which was better, the service or the food. THEY WERE EQUALLY EXCELLENT!!!! We had a lot of questions about the food, and our server, Nicki, and the manager, Hannah, were more than happy to give us detailed descriptions of many of the restaurants SCRATCH-MADE items (by the way, its ALL made in-house and from scratch). The food quality is superior, price point is very reasonable (and actually INEXPENSIVE, compared to a chain youd pay more for something frozen or mixed from a bag!). Flavor pairings were very creative and refreshing to see. The service was attentive, and we felt as if Nicki was genuinely interested in making sure we were in love with the place. She is an ASSET to the company. Hannah, the manager did a table visit welcoming us as first-timers with courtesy we havent seen in many places. Finally, when we exited, the door was held by a gentleman who thanked us for coming, and asked us to return. As "professional diners :), " locals, and longtime foodservice industry professionals, WE HAVE FOUND THE BEST DINING EXPERIENCE IN THE AREA!

Ive been wanting to try Craft Street Kitchen for quite a while... Im not sure how long the Oldsmar location has been open, but its in the building where BDs Mongolian Grill was. We went this past Monday for $5.95 burger night & were pleased to see they werent crowded. Since it wasnt terribly hot that evening, we decided to sit outside on the large patio. I did spot ceiling fans on the high ceilings, but the temp was much more comfortable than I expected! Because we were ordering $5.95 burgers, we splurged on an appetizer: Short Rib Sweet Potato Tots. Wow! They were amazing! Hubs said the sauce was BBQ but it was very sweet with zero smoky taste... a perfect compliment to both the meat & sweet potato flavors. Our burgers were cooked exactly as we requested, and were delicious! We also ordered a side of collard greens with bacon - the bowl was huge, and I thoroughly enjoyed the saltiness. With my meal, I drank a Crispin Blackberry Pear Cider and fell IN LOVE! So sweet! We spotted quite a few other menu items we want to try, so well be back soon!

The food here is amazing. Especially the sweet potato tater-tots. Ive only had their monthly specials, so reviewing them specifically wont be of much use anymore, since they arent available... But the drinks... from what I remember of them... yes, please :) The two immediate winners for me were the Rocksberry (Huckleberry 44 North Vodka, Lemon, Basil, Cucumber, Watermelon Pop Rocks) and the Mapple Bacon Manhatten (Templeton Rye, Barrel Aged Cranberry Bitters, Vermouth, Maple Syrup, Candied Bacon). While I love candied-bacon (or any bacon, really), I didnt like the pairing of it with the drink. Stick with the Rocksberry. Its fun and its tasty.

I had never been to Safety Harbor/Oldsmar before but was out exploring with a friend and we are both so glad this popped up on my Google search for food! Had such an excellent time here! Everything was beyond amazing. YOU GOTTA TRY THE ONION RINGS AND THE BANANA BREAD DESSERT. Today was my first time but I will definitely (and hopefully) be back soon enough!! It would totally be worth the 45 minute drive over and over. And a big thank you to Tara for the super awesome service!!!

Family restaurant with a great friendly vibe. Normal food with a fantastic twist! The sweet potato tots with prime rib is a show stopper! They ask for honesty and treat you with respect. Could not ask for a better place. Spent normal nights and birthday there. Family friendly. Great porch area. Plenty of space. Amazing beers and personalized cocktail specials. I highly recommend this place. 5* in my opinion. A definite asset to the area and my life:)

Food okay, but nothing to write home about. Not sure if well be returning again, as we were not impressed by food. Waitress was great. She was friendly, kept drinks filled, and came by often to see if we needed anything else. We were seated inside at a table and the chairs were the most uncomfortable chairs we have ever sat in. If you leaned back, it felt like you would fall backwards. If we were to visit again, we would definitely ask for a booth.

My husband and I live in Carrolwood but find ourselves making the 30+ minute drive to this restaurant quite often. I love the decor and atmosphere and weve always had great experiences with the staff/management. Their brunch is outstanding. I love the variety of drinks and the quality/concept of the food menu. The bartenders clearly know what they are doing and enjoy their jobs. Drinks are always tasty and on point. BRUNCH is a must if you have never been!

Wife and I visited for the first time tonight. The food and beer were great, and the server, Gabby, was on top of things. She stopped by frequently, answered all of our questions, and was just a treat to have as a server. Even with how busy it was (and on a Wednesday night!) Tyler, the manager made time to stop by our table and have a quick chat about our visit, since it was our first time. Excellent staff, excellent food. Well be back!
