The wife and I live about 30 miles south/east and get up there a couple of times a year. Our budget is limited so its a special treat for us when we do. This is one of the few places where Im completely full when I leave. The rolls they offer when they seat you are hot and the cinnamon butter is fantastic. I usually get the 20 oz bone-in rib eye (medium rare) and have never been disappointed. Even though theyre a "big chain restaurant," Texas Roadhouse has the best rib eye in the industry, and that comment comes from a dude who lived a quarter century in Kansas City. Ive also tried the ribs, chicken, seafood and some other meals and was more than satisfied with the flavor as well as the portions. Occasionally, the waiter/waitress will be swamped, but we deal with it; they do the best they can and at least our drinks are always refilled. When we have a good experience at any eatery I make it a point to let the floor supervisor or manager know, and I cant think of one time I didnt tell the floor supervisor at Texas Roadhouse what a good job our server did and that we enjoyed our meal. If any of you has had a poor dining experience there, Id encourage you to give them a second chance and to let the floor supervisor know if they did or didnt live up to your expectations.

We called ahead to make a reservation, unfortunately we still had to wait 35 mins to be seated. Our waitress was okay, but she did the bare minimum. Maybe she was super busy. The food wasnt bad. I ordered my steak rare knowing it would come out medium rare or even medium. My brother-in-law ordered medium but received a well done streak. The waitress did inquire about how our streaks were cooked. He decided he didnt want to wait for another one. I was happy with mine because medium rare was what I wanted. She did keep us stocked up on the bread. Overall I wasnt disappointed.

The food was good and our waitress was pleasant. However, the manager and servers gave an absurd amount of attitude. While eating we had the pleasure of overhearing all the gossip between the servers and other employees. Then returning to the restaurant to locate a lost phone is apparently a burden they are not okay with! The manager and servers were unwilling to look for the phone and gave nasty looks and rolled their eyes as my mother looked. Young, rude servers are one thing, but manager that is unwilling to help and gives nasty looks is a completely different story.

I am from the Ashland area and the service is way better also the food. I think it is sad you pay for a twenty dollar steak an you wait 47,mins. And then it goes back twice to be recooked the same steak! It is just disappointing that there is know consists . Then to caych attitude from a server wanting to argue "what is that about . Just think ill stick with what i know ,when i go home . Still hope to here from the manager to work this out . Thanks

i had finished eating and told my waitress i was hashing to the rest room since i was dining alone and hadnt paid the bill yet. i came back and other people were at my booth and no waitress. i walked to the hostess stand and was ignored. i went to the kitchen and asked for the manager. she asked who my waitress was and got my bill which i paid while standing up at the hostess stand. No discount either just an apology. i wont be back. horrible.

My husband and I wrnt on a date on 10/18/2016 and we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse. When we got there, everyone was very polite. We got seated and the waiter said to my husband "I just want to thank you for your service, and shook his hand" (my husband was wearing a navy hat, he is navy veteran). The other lady, was very polite and was asking us if there was anything we needed. Food was delicious and service was great. Keep up the good job!

With short notice and a party of 15 using call ahead seating we had my wifes birthday dinner at the Roadhouse. This wasnt my first visit but i can say i was impressed with the service and the quality of the food. Our server was very attentive and got every item perfectly. Usually a waitress will forget some little something but not this time. I have never given 5 stars before but i had to this time. I would have given 6 of i could.

My family and i went to Texas Roadhouse for my 50th birthday and they ran my credit card twice. We called the manager Len and he said no problem we will have it reversed in just a couple of days. That was 10 days ago now. He lied and said he did not remember saying that and that there was nothing he can do. We will never be back and I will tell everyone I know how Len and his staff ripped me off on my birthday. Thanks

Steaks are poor. I dont know where they are getting their beef but it is not of good quality. Three trips in last couple of years hoping that the previous 2 were flukes, but it was not so.They do not serve non-alcoholic beer or diet decaffeinated soda. I dont get the impression they care much for their customers either. I am at a loss to understand why their business always seems good.

The prime rib I had was probably the best one I have ever had anywhere, only Lawrys the prime rib in Las Vegas was more tender. It was extremely tender and the flavor was great. I was at the Texas Roadhouse in Reyonoldsburg awhile ago and got the prime rib there and it was horrendous. I will never go back there. I will definitely will be back to the one in Lancaster.

Farhers Day so the place was slammed. We used call-ahead seating and got seated FAST at a 2-top. Our waiter, Jared, was there right away to take our order. He was pleasant and took care of every request quickly and correctly. OH yeah...the food was great, too. It came out fast, hot, and correct. This was the best restaurant experience we have had in a long time.

This place is my favorite, in with red lobster. The food is delicious, everything clean, good service and good atmosphere. I love everything they got to offer and everything they got ( I love steakhouses) from start to finish. I enjoy the fact that they a lot to choose from, they give you a lot of food for amount you pay for.

Love this place. ALWAYS ASK FOR DANIELLE BROWN AD YOUR WAITRESS!!! SHES THE BEST! SHES KNOWLEDGABLE! ALWAYS REFILLS DRINKS! ALWAYS CHECKS ON HER TABLES !!! SHES A SWEET HEART! OH AND texas roadhouse has amazing food and a great atmosphere lol . I just really appreciate good waitresses !!!! They dont make you wait !!!

We eat at Texas roadhouse alot and at this location in Lancaster ohio. Everytime we estimate here my daughter who is 4 gets the Dillo bites and they are never cooked all the way and are left rare on the inside. Everytime we have to send them back to be put back on the grill. I hope they fix this problem.
