The food was alright, not correct, but alright. My loaded baked potato was not loaded, nothing, and my steak was very fatty. It seems like Longhorn corporate wants to be involved in the electronic order space, but they have no commitment or delivery mechanism at the local stores. The reason I say this is, if this is the standard service for their online takeout, they are losing more customers than they are gaining. The online ordering program allows you to set a ready by time, but the location does not seem to abide or care to be associated with. This location has no dedicated takeout space, so you simply stand somewhere in the bar area and hope someone sees you. And when you can finally flag someone down, they start making you food that you ordered 45 minutes earlier. Do they make it all at once so stuff does not get soggy and cold..? Nope. Horrible, plan, horrible management, horrible execution and horrible customer service all secured by sub standard food. I am overwhelmed with how bad this location is at online ordering and pickup.

Have been eating here since this establishment has been built. The food and service is always excellent. That doesnt mean that they never made a mistake. Like a well done piece of Prime Meat that was supposed to be Med-Rare. But that happens occasionally even at top notch establishments. Most servers are very friendly and like to communicate well with the customers some dont but never seen an attitude This longHorn is always busy at dinner time. And guaranteed a wait on Fridays and Saturdays plus Sunday around brunch times. Our Favorite Waitress is Kristen who runs the Bar And Bar Tables and Ashley Who waits in Dining area. Our favorites on the menu are any of the meat selections and the Salmon. We eat here several times a month and our Mouths enjoy every Visit. Update: 04/22/17. Everything was perfect today and the house was packed.5pm

So my husband works late and we were anxious to find decent food at a late hour. We came to 256 location here in Columbus, OH and we have been here before and had great food and service. Well I will chalk it up to the fact we came 40min before they closed and we got a waitress with the patience of a Jack Russell puppy ughh! God forgive me but once you have treated me poorly I shut down and disconnect to keep from snapping off. She may have had a rough day and she is tired. Whatever it is talking to me like I am idiot for wanting what I want and merely inquiring on it is not good for your tip game SUE! I wont be back thanks to this and Longhorn you have SUE to thank for that smh.

they said we would have 10-15 minute wait..but it took a half hour. Once we were seated, the service was great and fairly fast. the food was decent.. I would not say it was AMAZING by any regard. The portions were adequate, but I was VERY disappointed in the price! Longhorns is WAY over priced. I dont mind paying such high prices for a good steak dinner....but my steak wasnt cooked the way I ordered it. It certainly wasnt worth the price. High prices for just "good" food...I probably wont go here again. When I pay $20 a person for a steak, I expect a $20 steak...not a $10 one. I would suggest going jut beyond 70 to Logans...the prices are better there.

We order take out for office meetings often. The staff kept forgetting things or just could not get the order correct. We changed to Logans steak house with no problems with orders. After 4 months, in a pinch, as LongHorn is closer to the office, we ordered once again from longhorn and the order was INCOMPLETE again. Staff was sent back to longhorn to retrieve the missing items and discuss the issue with the manager. Shawn, the manager on staff, got on the phone and told us to "choose somewhere else next time." Im waiting to hear from corporate to return my call. I was simply amazed by the managers response to the inadequate staff.

The customer service we received when we experienced a dislike with one of our dishes was truly amazing!!! The waitress (Ann, Pickeringoton, Ohio location) stopped the manager (Chris) as he was walking by to advise him of my dislike on the Grilled Chicken, beefsteak tomato, and bacon salad I ordered for dinner. Immediately Chris said he would take it off the bill without hesitation. I advised him that truly was not necessary as I ate all the chicken off and some salad. Chriss response was " You did not like it and you did not eat it all, so you are NOT going to pay for it". Now that is customer service !!

Last week, we left the Herb n Café in Pickerington where the "chef" is too arrogant to prepare meals that meet the needs of those who come to dine there – no additions and certainly, no substitutions! He is no Cameron Mitchell or Wolfgang Puck. I think only your mom should be able to tell you that you must eat what is put in front of you! I just wanted clean grilled fish – no way – we left and went right down the road to the Longhorn Steakhouse – they were VERY accommodating! Great food, great service, great prices, and no over-inflated egos!

Ordered a filet and STEAMED plan broccoli for take out. Was told 25 mins. Showed up and waited 10 mins, they acted like didnt know I ordered after I asked a 2nd time. Was told it would be a few more mins. Asked to speak to Mgr. Mgr was nice and apologized, discounted meal. Waited another 15 mins for a total of 50 MINUTES! Broccoli was mush, full of butter, not steamed plain like I ordered. Steak was cooked accurate to medium, but was too chewy and rubbery. I travel here often for work, will not be coming back here for a meal.

Great food and service. However, my sons arrived before I did and were seated. After being seated and served soft drinks, the host (Tyler) flippantly asked if they could be moved to accommodate a large party. My sons declined and told them I needed this type seating because of recent knee surgery. Must have been having a tough day. Other than that Food and service by our serverEddie was great. Recommend the restaurant highly.

Not sure why this posted under my daughters name, but oh well. Logans, which is just down the road, doesnt hold a candle to Longhorn. Longhorn has never disappointed us, ever! Logans steak is good, when they actually cook it the way you order it. Longhorn steak is cooked to perfection every time. The service is outstanding. Yes, its a little pricey, but well worth every penny. You get what you pay for.

The food was good, the server Blake was very nice, efficient and had a great smile. I would have given a higher rating but the area we sat in was extremely noisy. I understand a birthday party with young people can be above the norm but I felt the manager should have come by and asked them to be respectful of the other patrons so they could enjoy their meal and conversation. We were from out of town.

One of our favorite steak houses. Great steak at a fairly responsible price. It can get pricey quickly if you have a big family. Service is typically always good and the food comes out quick. Friday and Saturday evenings there is always a wait....call ahead seating is nice and helps cut down on the wait at the restaurant. Luckily they have a bar and you can order a drink while you wait.
