9/11/2015 at 6:30pm, we went for dinner. The hostess didnt realize we were standing in front of her due to very occupied with texting.- I said excuse me can we be seated? she replied sorry I didnt know you were there- obviously. Christina b (inside dining area) was our waitress- service was ok , it seemed as though we were bothering her instead of making us feel welcomed. A male employee came out form the kitchen swearing and Christina was laughing saying stop it they can hear you he replied I dont "f" care and continued his swearing. 9/12/2015- I spoke with a manager who also manages the Andiamo in Dearborn, She was apologetic at first, offered me to have lunch on her shift only, I wasnt able to do so, so she offered me a gift card and to only see Maddy when I arrive. Asked If I would NOT speak to another manager or the owners about what took place. The manager also asked if I like my job, where do I work and if we are hiring because she is filling out applications. So unprofessional. I left a message for Joe Vicari on 9/12/2015- owner of Andiamos and part owner of Brownies- NO RESPONSE. Called several times and asked for Gary- owner never there whenever I called. I sent an email to Zach Smith - Manager on 9/20/2015- surprise!!! NO RESPONSE. Very disappointing on all levels. Apparently customer service is not a concern or priority for this business.

Had a wonderul experience last night (8/15/17). I was having a birthday dinner with my Dad, brother, and son. My son has special needs so I get very nervous to take him out to a nicer restaurant. I was hoping we would get to sit outside, but wasnt counting on it because my son has to be in a high chair and I know most of the outdoor tables are high tops or 2 person tables. The hostess accomated us immediately. Said we could put 2 of the smaller tables together, that way we could still sit outside with a high chair. They also put us more away from the crowd which was awesome because my son is super sensitive to sound. It was the most relaxed Ive ever been at a dinner out with my son in a long time. Then our waitress Megan, was just phenomenal as well. I dont think Ive had such great service in a long time. Food was excellent as well. I had a great birthday dinner :)

Poor Service : This past Saturday we had a party of 10 here for Dinner and Drinks to celebrate birthdays. (My first time here as Brownies). Dining room was not busy and yet it took forever to get our food ordered and during the hour or two at the dinner table most of us only had one drink each, because the waitress was never around. After dinner we went outside to the patio and sat at the bar. Instead of wanting to make money and serve your customers.. The 3 bartenders behind the bar would walk past and never ask if we needed anything. Then sit in the corner and just chat with one another. I have worked in the bar business for over 20yrs and this was just horrible service.. Will not be returning.

Poor Service, ignorant staff and the manager Brian was extremely rude when I called to ask a question about having a 30 person party there. A place like this will not be getting my money and our party will be going somewhere else. There is no place for rudeness as a manager and when you are trying to run a quality business. If you are looking to go here for a gathering, rehearsal dinner, etc. forget it! Save yourself some time and book with Fishbones, they are in the Shores, the staff is knowledgeable and they were very friendly and helpful when I called. No one wants to talked down to when you are calling about spending money. Will never go here again.

For the last 7 years my friends and I have spent thousands of dollars at this bar for a charity bar crawl. No one has caused any type of trouble for this bar. All we have done is bring them multiple thousands of dollars of food and liquor sales with he amount of people we bring there. This year they turned Every single person away for he type of shirt they are wearing. We have tried to call to figure out why we arent being allowed to come in and spend money but they have a group of uneducated, rude, classless hostesses and security staff who keep hanging up the phone when we try to have a civilized conversation. Guess they dont like making money?

It wont let me give no stars , but thats what it would be !! Horrible! Dont bother. Waste of money and time. Needed to talk to a owner and he said there is 5 of them. And the 17 year old manager didnt help us at all. We had to go to the bar and get our own water and napkins from the bar. And complained that the 1# of Perch special looked a little light. The plate was covered in 2# s of fries. The couple at the bar must have worked here because she was telling the bartender" I cant wait for the chef to come out of the kitchen with a scale and show them! " snotty and rude! Great place if your coming to get wasted for the night.

My experience was terrific. Planning my Moms 80th Birthday party from across the country was made easy when working with Barb Iraci. She clearly communicated with me on a timely manner and our family could not be more pleased. The food selections were super and the food was delicious. Our Server Renee made sure the food was hot and the my one complaint about the food is that the serving sizes for lunch were HUGE. Not a bad deal for our luncheon. A Big Thanks to Barb, Renee and the rest of the staff for a job well done. Our party of 80 ppl and my Mom could not have been happier. I would recommend Brownies again and again.

Visited Brownies for the 1st time on 8/20 and was very disappointed with the service and overall dirty feel and appearance. We arrived at 6:30 pm and was told it would be a 20 min wait. After 30 minutes were escorted to our table by the hostess only to discover the empty tables. (why the long wait) another 20 mins went by no waitress. Upset I went to the service desk and was told that they couldnt FIND our waitress. I asked for the Manager and he or she was also unable to be found. BEWARE of this place its FILTHY the customer service is terrible we left after waiting for an hour ..

Stopped by there Sunday at Approx 1:30. The gratuitous hostess claimed there would be a 30 minute for a seat and an hour wait after that for food. We looked around and the new deck and noticed many open tables. she told us we could not sit there because they did not have enough staff to accommodate all the tables the have. We grabbed a drink at the bar and headed to sit at one of the tables that where empty to wait for ours to become available and she told us we could not sit there because it throws off her seating charts. Way under staffed. We will not be returning.
