Went in during the middle of the day, not busy. Manager asked booth or table. I said booth. He walked away as to look for a booth for us (so I thought). The manager was talking to an employee, put menus on the table at a booth and then pointed to the table for us to sit. Ordered our food, hash browns not done and the omelet I ordered was made wrong. Told the waitress and she said she would take it back. Told her no thats okay (wasnt comfortable with getting a new order). Manager never came over and bill was not credited for the omelet. Not a very "welcoming" atmosphere. Yes, we left the waitress a $5 tip. When leaving I watch the manager escort customers to seat and told them to have a nice day after he seated them.

AWFUL! First off, I was put on hold for 30 minutes and forgotten. Called back to place my carry out and was HUNG UP ON. Then, as I called back I was never told how much it would be. I went to pick up my food and things were missing, I asked her over the phone and then asked if it was in there. I was lied too and told it was in the container with the meal. It was not. The turkey tasted awful, they gave me the wrong meal, my salad had old lettuce with brown edges and gushy cucumber, and my cookie was a hockey puck. The only good thing was the cinnamon blossom my grandpa got. Three meals and the only thing that was decent was a cinnamon blossom. Very upset to pay $40 for TERRIBLE food

Absolutely the worst service I have ever recieved, and it wasnt the first time. The first couple times I let it slide because it wasnt that big of a deal. But then one time I was charged for an extra drink and then this time we got seated and nobody even acknowledged us for 15 minutes, so we got up and left. Nobody even had the decency to tell us "Ill be with you in a minute" .. Nothing !!! And then they looked at us as we were leaving , never asked or apologized for us leaving. Just said have a good day. Its sad when its not even busy and 3 other tables who get there after us get their orders taken before us. I do not recommend this Bob Evans. I am very disappointed.

1. Had to wait for a table to be cleaned. Normally I wouldnt worry about such a thing, but literally half the restaurant was empty and every empty table was dirty. So why no bussers? 2. After being seated, had the privilege to listen while three servers argued over who would NOT take our table. 3. Sat at the table with empty glasses for over half an hour, while the server walked by five times and stopped by the table twice. 4. Every single plate (family of 4) came out cold. Except my salad, which had warmer lettuce than the chicken on top. This location is definitely in need of some serious help, and I would recommend skipping this place until they get it!

Ive had faster service on a Sunday then I did today on a Thursday morning. I ordered my food online and when I went to pick it up the woman seemed to be aggravated. What a great way to start. They put my milk out for the order on the counter to just get warm, my food took forever, and when the manager found out how long I had been waiting instead of coming to speak with me he just yelled at the kitchen. My food ended up being cold by the time I got it. My toast was hard and one of my eggs broke and was covered up by the other egg! Great work. Its exhausting to wait and your order to be wrong. With the manager not saying anything.

Having, shall we say, less than acceptable service and product on my last visit (for which I was duly compensated, thankyouverymuch, BE), we were pleasantly surprised with the staff, the service AND the quality of food at this Bob Evans! The salads were out in less than 5 minutes, and the entrees came within 10 minutes of that, still steaming hot. There was sufficient management available to assist in expediting deliveries, meet & greet customers, and provide floor support for the servers and staff. A wonderful experience, for a change. Thank you!

Horrible service from the time we walked through the door. Had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated. Everbody acted if my family and I were invisible. After finally being seated. The table was very dirty. I asked for a waitress to please clean the table. She did clean it, but left so much water on the table, it wet up the paper mats and napkins. After waiting more than 20 minutes to get our order taken. We decided to leave, and as we walked toward the door, no one ever asked or Acknowledged we were leaving. Horrible service!!!!

Worst Bob Evans we have ever been to and we have been longtime Bob Evan fans & customers. No longer is that the case after our experience today at this Bob Evans in Pickerington. The restaurant was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty, the food took 1 hour and 10 mins to receive and even then it was incomplete without biscuits. The biscuits arrived 15 mins later. The restaurant did not have a wait and there were numerous empty tables. That should have been our first clue obviously this is not an isolated experience.

It is the BEST!. I loved cooking but health made a change in that but this taste just like a really good cook made your Christmas feast. Everything was perfect and very tasty. We now order every Christmas. We substituted the corn for carrots, I love Bob Evans they are a life saver that is oh so tasty, easy to heat and yummy. Just like mom made, well not my mom but a mom that can cook really well. We pick it up on Christmas eve and feast on Christmas.

So disappointed in our trip to this Bob Evans this evening. Our server Stephanie was very sweet and professional. 3 of the meals were fine, 2 salads, and one chicken dinner. The 4th chicken dinner, my husbands, when cut into was raw chicken. Have never been served raw chicken anywhere. So disappointed in BE. Another piece of chicken was brought out but too late to eat with the rest of of us. Not sure if we will ever return.

The experience I had at Bob Evans was overall good. We were seated after about a ten minute wait and got a very kind server. Everything went smoothly, except for the wait on the food. I understand that they were busy, but I never got a notice on him much time was left and so on. However, I loved the speed of the waiters and waitresses and the quality of the food.

Food is good, but not once have we been at this location without them forgetting something. Had to eat a salad with my fingers one time because it was not possible to get silverware, got no water another time, had to wait for silverware another time, and food and bread always arrives in random order and also not at the same time for everyone at the table...

The food and service were ok not good not bad just ok. My home fries were burnt my coffee cup was sticky. They did at least get the order right. As we were paying the manager decided to address any issue he had with an employee right there at the cash register. I didnt order drama with my breakfast. They used to be much better not sure what happened.
