The food is nasty. The service is rude and, slow. The Salad bar is OK, but theres not much there. The pan pizza crust is so greasy it is almost inedible. The hand tossed is the way to go, and even thats not a good value. Noisy crowded, and slow. The dining room is ok, but the kitchen is dirty, and nasty, the floor looks like it is never properly mopped. I walked through the kitchen, to talk the manager. I was disgusted by what I saw. Everywhere there was dirt, food, and grease. The dough that they were using was nasty and old, way dried out, and over proofed. I have worked in pizza restaurants. I know the difference, between the mess that builds up during a busy shift, and chronic poor maintenance. The dough was so bad that I would have it thrown out. When I asked them about the dough, they told me that they are not allowed to throw it out, no matter how old it was. I will never eat a another Pizza Hut again.

The server is rude. We walk in and I say there are five if us and I hear pffft... She is short with dirty blonde short hair nothing worthy about her personality. ( No name tag or I would defiantly put it out it out there.)And that sets the tone for the entire dining experience. No tip obviously. My son asked to sample the mild and medium buffalo sauce, So he knew which he could handle and she refused....??? WTF. A dab of both is not much to ask. Brings out our Wings, And tells me that our breadstick are going to be longer because she did not put it in... Missing ingredients on my daughters pizza. Bad experience. Food was perfectly cooked and tasted great

Their stuff crust sucks, its always so thin its just grease, and Im conviced they know they are using crap dough thats either old or not proofed properly. And perhaps thats why they can never cut through the pizza all the way. I only order from here when its 50% off online deliveries. And they didnt have mountain dew when I ordered it so they brought me a Pepsi, diet Pepsi, root beer or Dr pepper and tell me to chose one. Like first off I didnt order a dark pop so dont you think maybe Sierra mist is a better alternative, or just reimburse me instead of forcing me to pick a pop I dont want idk these guys suck.

Ordered a pizza at 10pm for my family. Called at 11 to inquire and was told without looking "honey there was no order placed for pizza an hour ago". Asked why I was charged for it then. After doing some research she told me " its on its way, but it hasnt been an hour " said OK. Hung up... Waited for another hour. No pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut! Wonderful service and customer service! I do enjoy pizza hit, but apparently they have some issues here.

Stopped by here on a road trip due to some crazy Lake Effect snow blowing through. Could only see one person working the register, but there must have been magic elves working the stoves because we got our pizza super-fast. The waitress (dont remember her name) deserves a medal and giant raise for her five-star service.

Went here during what I expected to be the "lunch rush" time, but the place was relatively quiet, which was nice. It did not appear that this specific pizza hut has the lunch buffet, but maybe I just missed it. Service was relatively fast.

Small buffet but are very accommodating to groups. We took in a whole basketball team and their parents and they had no problem seating us and still had lots of room for other customers.

This place doesnt immediately call the cops on me when I get within a 200 yard radius like McDonalds. Pizza Hut at least waits until I cause a scene.
