Panera is always hit or miss for me however yesterday they missed it all. First they had no breadbowl annoying but its not the end of the world. I ordered 2 bowls of soup and a loaf of bread and went to sit down. Roughly 20 minutes later waiting by the kitchen for my to go order to be completed and being passed by around 20 people I asked why my food was taking such a long time. They had lost my ticket and were apparently oblivious to the fact that I had been patiently waiting staring at the kitchen wondering what was taking so long. I would never ask for free food but after you screw over someone and lose their order at least say youre sorry and offer a cookie or something. Im dissatisfied with the whole ordeal. Two stars only for food quality.

This Panera is subpar compared to other franchises Ive visited around the country. On the plus side they deliver to your table and the food is what youd expect from a Panera location. However, the place is atrociously dirty and messy. The tables are not regularly cleaned and the bathroom did not have paper towel or toilet paper. I also witnessed an employee attempt to clean the drink station, but she instead accidentally spilled copious amounts of water and ice onto the floor and failed to clean any of it up. A serious safety and sanitization nightmare at this spot.

Came in today for a to-go med.veg sandwich with NO onions. I told three separate employees to hold the onions. The lady behind the window making my sandwich was even promoted by the person on the other side twice to make sure there were no onions. What happens when I get to work, 20 minutes away?! My sandwich is SMOTHERED in onions- so much so they are literally falling out of the bread. Completely ruined the sandwich

Very overpriced. You pick twos used to be around $9; now they are around $14. Panera was already a household name; they did not need to jack up the prices to make national TV commercials. I was told the price hike was also due to it being hot out- that vegetables are in demand but dying due to heat. They are definitely letting their beloved customers eat the price on that one.

Ordered a half salad. The order came after 15 minutes in a carry out box. I Told them I didn’t order to go, they said sorry, took the bag into the kitchen and brought it back AGAIN in a box after 5 minutes. Told them I did not want my meal in a box... Their answer: Sorry! (without offering to change my meal). I am not going back to that place again….

Cafe/quick-service restaurant with good atmosphere, great iced and hot drinks, and tasty food. Food is high quality and healthy, a bit pricey but worth it for the service. Very welcoming staff, thank you for being such a great company Panera!

The food is great but during busy lunch hour, or any time really, they should have more than one register open and more people out front to help out, there were employees who could have helped instead of gossiping in the back

This locations okay. I frequent Panera usually for lunch and I do love the cinnamon crunch bagel , but the day I got my bagel there, it tasted like it was day old. I only realized this after I got back to my hotel.

Out of oatmeal. For a restaurant with a fairly limited breakfast menu, youd think they could keep this stuff in stock. Not going back. Immaculate Consumption is right around the corner and THEY dont run out!
