One star? A chick fil a? Im just as surprised as you. I went through the drive-thro and ordered the 4 strip meal with a diet lemonade, only to get a 12 piece nugget, so I went into the store and told them what I had order and what I received and they politely fixed it, BUT when I finally got my 4 strip I opened the box to find that they were as cold as the arctic. When I flagged down the only person seeming to just be standing around, I didnt get his name but I do know that he was a marketing manager. I explain that the strips were cold and his response is the reason I take the time to write this review he said "those are a pretty good size strip are you sure you want another" Not making to big a deal about it I polity told him to put his finger on the strips himself, he did and just said "oh" even if they werent cold you dont disagree with the customer ever thats a big no no even if that customer is 19 and you think you can push them around, I worked at chick fil a and I cannot believe this is how they operate.

Theres a reason the line for this place is constantly long - the service and the food are excellent. The GM of this location is fantastic and is constantly providing unique opportunities to connect with customers and the community. My daughter and I had the privledge of participating in the Daddy-Daughter Date Night that was offered earlier this year and they went above and beyond in providing a wonderful night of memories. Stoppped here on our way home from Orlando airport. Several of the staff were having their dinner break at the tables next to us. One female employee was clearly sick with an upper respiratory infection. Coughing into her elbow in our direction-yuk!!!! Listening to her talk to her coworkers she also had laryngitis. She finished her break , went to the kitchen and was filling food orders in the fry area!!! Whoever was the manager should have sent this sick employee home-disgusting!!!

They have consistently excellent service. The staff is always so friendly and polite. They never forget to say "please" and "thank you". And, when you thank them... they respond with, "Its my pleasure." The manager of this place has done such an excellent job training the staff that other businesses, retail stores, restaurants, and fast-food places in the area should consider hiring him as a consultant to train their staff too. THIS is how customer service is supposed to be.

Always very busy so the food is not always immediate. But when the food does arrive it is brought to your table if dining in or your car if through the drive through and it is always hot. Can be a little pricier than normal fast food chains but you pay for what you get here. The employees are always cheerful and attentive and I it is not hard to see why, it is the only major establishment in the area that is closed on a Sunday so the employees can spend time with their families.

Cant get enough of this place and this location is no different. Couldnt believe how lucky I was to find a Chick-Fil-A on my way to the store. Thanking my lucky stars that they built another location in my area. Best chicken sandwiches Ive ever had. Tasty, crispy, fresh, just delicious. High quality fast food restaurant, almost does them an injustice to call them fast food. Keep up the good work guys!

The lunch rush is insane at this Chick-fil-A. They open up 3 lanes in the drive-thru and the line inside winds out the door. Why does your chicken have to be so delicious and popular?! Pros: The tastiest chicken sandwich of your life. Cons: Introverts will have a panic attack with the amount of people inside one restaurant.

Best Chic-fil-A I have had!!, Even the nuggets tasted better then the usual nuggets I have had from this chain..maybe they are adding a little more seasoning? They seem to add just the right amount of seasonings to give it a kick and food not be so bland..Even the lemonade was better here! :)

When we approached the restaurant it was packed, the two drive thru lanes were long. We didnt know there was a promotion going on. I have never seen such great service in my life. Everyone quickly obtained their food and the drive thru lanes were cleared in moments. Unbelievable, fantastic.

As much as I love their food, so does everyone else. Right off of I-95, this location gets really busy at lunch and dinner. Breakfast has a good crowd too. Despite the swarms of customers, the staff are friendly and the food is hot. Expect to wait several minutes for the drive thru.

The food is typical Chick-Fil-A, but the service is above and beyond. During the lunch rush, they had plenty of staff (5, 6, 7? people) in the HOT HOT HOT parking lot, taking orders, delivering orders to cars and making the wait as efficient and positive as they could. Well done!

This visit was great. Was greeted right away this visit. Compared to last visit to wich i felt the comversation they had going was more important how ever i love the food and stayed. The food is always fresh and is always tasty. Love the always smiling faces.

Incredible service and great Chick-fil-A food. Only bad aspect is location and traffic. This place gets BUSY, even with two drive through lanes. A lot of time workerd have to take orders outside. When busy, parking is a nightmare. Take your patience with you.

I usually never go through the drive-thru at Chick-Fil-A, but the system they have down at this location was impressive. And of course the food was great, because its Chick-Fil-A and they ALWAYS have great food. I would definitely go to this location again.

This is an extremely busy Chick-fil-A just off of a major I-95 exit, but the staff appears well prepared for their crowd. We waited just a short few moments for our food, and it was delicious. We would definitely return here, and recommend it!

Chcken strips extremely light. Mcnuggets have more weight and much less cost. Chick fila used to have a 4 piece chicken strip tgat was filling. Not any more. When asked manager, she said chickens wete now hormone free hence strips were lighter.

If there were one problem with this Chick-fil-A, it would be that its so popular that its almost always crowded. But they handle the crowds well and even have lots of parking. The food is always some of the best fast food youll find anywhere.

They do everything right and If they mess somthing up they fix it. One time I went thru the drive thru and they for got the fries and left out the soup. Believe it or not the store manager brought it to my house about 3 miles away!
