I havent had a Pizza Hut pizza in some time. Thought I would give it a try again. Have tried all of the pizza restaurants in the area near our house and nothing excites us. Bad decision. I would think that a company the size of Pizza Hut could research the industry and find out thru focus groups that their quality is sub par. The pizza I had was a 14 inch, extra cheese and some meat and vegies. Crust tasted uncooked. My wife was so hungry she ate a piece and thought it was a cake. I could have gone to a grocery store and gotten a better tasting Pizza. I guess the Pizza Hut name is big enough to overcome the poor quality. I never thought I could find a worse tasting pizza than Papa Johns but I did. I wish I could find just one place who made a Pizza that is memorable. Tried most of them and havent found one yet. As goofy as it sounds, a grocery store pizza with some added ingredients is much better.

I ordered 1 large pizza, 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 pepperoni & green pepper; 8 medium wings; breadsticks. Horrible! I ordered pizza and when I got it home it was half cooked! I went to take a piece of pizza out of the box and 1 piece tore (it was stuck to the parchment paper). So when I tried to get another, ALL the toppings fell off and the crust was mush. Gross! Never again! To top it all off, I brought it back, and instead of returning my money, the manager gives me a cash pay out... I went to Dominos down the street and paid $4.26 less and the food was hot, cooked, and delicious.

Quality is Hit and miss. Just ordered 2 pizzas. Both of them had several pieces with less than 50% cheese coverage. ( just topping, sauce, and bread) Cheese was thinly spread overall. I understand that it is a $10 special, but why skimp on the ingredients? Cross your fingers that the cheap " save money with less ingredients" manager is not there directing things. Sometimes the pizza here is what is ordered. Yes, they show you the pizza as you check out. But I was not waiting 20 minutes for a re-fire from an angry pizza chef.

I had pizza and wings here a couple of days ago. The pizza was hand toss with mushroom and eight wings. The pizza was tasteless very little red sauce probably good because it taste old cheap can sauce. I could not taste any cheese. Wings were OK but not very fresh. Employees are friendly but food horrible. I am not a big fan of papa johns but they are much better and only a dollar more. Total 16.99 not worth it. Pizza hut looks delicious on TV but big dissapointment

I called a Veg pie order in, and received a veg pie with meat on it. I believe it was due to the young male employees inability to focus, he spoke as if he were high as a kite, and not able to function. This has ruined my experience for ever eating at this or any pizza hut ever. The pie was absolutely disgusting. On a good note the gentleman that delivered was very much the Gentleman.

Friday night we got a Pizza from this place and it had Spinach on half of it. My son was up half the night with diarea and vomiting and he was sick for the next two days, Saturday and sunday. Two days later my daughter-in-law and I were also sick. I think there was something wrong with that pizza, maybe the Spinach? Did anyone else get sick over the last few days?

I ordered two $10 boxes that I seen on TV and 16 wings alright 16 wings is not 16 its 8 they do realize it takes two of those parts to make a wing anyway my bill came out to almost $40 I would not buy it again if they gave it to me $20 They make it sound good on the phone look good on TV rating 1 To 10 in my opinion I would have to give them A 2. Never again

I usually order from this Pizza Hut when I work. I usually place my orders online and the pick up time Im given is always spot on. When I get there it is already waiting. My order has never been wrong and the staff here are great.

Boneless Buffalo Wings Are A MUST Try, however make sure there is a bunch of sauce, they do have this hit or miss thing where they dont provide sauce or enough of it Stuffed Crust Pizza is a win too
