Idiot manager here not only, always burn their pizza & calzones beneath, but being a regular customer who frequents least 2-3 times a week, with orders of $30+ each time. You’d think They’d get the hint - Not To Burn Your Items Beneath - You would also think they’d not hissy fit and complain or charge .75 Cents, about substituting a “ranch / blue cheese” for an extra TINY side cup of buffalo sauce. Common & Simple business etiquette would be, since one of the sauces is being replaced, should and could be replaced by another type of sauce. (Their excuse is… it’s like that in the system) Again…. The system has nothing to do with anything. It’s a substitution of a money factor that both things equal the same amount, If That, Less! - Ridiculousness! They also have pizza laid out on a open display, minding both doors of front and back are open and each and every time I come, there are flies all over their disgusting, dried up, old looking pizza…. That I’m assuming people request for, and they reheat it in the oven. - Again, disgusting and ridiculousness. So not only did they forget my fries with my order of wings and pizza. That I had to turn back for one getting back home. The young lady there, which always have an awful disgusting attitude, placing the orders for people and on the phone. Thinks she runs the place, but always have some sort of excuse in defense why whatever the reason being “the order was wrong or misplaced or missing”. I’ve had my fare share of patience with this place, and only because they’re right next to where I live. Although the food is good - Taste wise. Yes. But their customer services and business etiquette sucks big time! And for that. I’m done. Idiots I tell you. Idiots!

The pizza itself was delicious, however, I bit into a slice of my white pizza with chicken and hit bone. My front tooth was chipped. This alone was awful, but the customer service I [did not] receive was horrid. The owner of this establishment, Hulio, debated me about whether or not the bone even existed and proceeded to be argumentative about whether he would even be willing to give me a discounted pizza in the future, let alone replace the defective one. After 15 minutes of him speaking over me and expressing his thoughts on my honesty about the defective pizza he agreed to replace it if I was willing to drive back out to the restaurant and pick it up. After I explained to him more thoroughly how I was not going to go back out to the restaurant to get dinner _again_ and he needed to fix this he agreed to have a pizza delivered if I was willing to give him back all uneaten portions of the defective pizza. For what reason, I have no idea, but I agreed to that as I want nothing to do with this white chicken pizza after having my tooth permanently damaged by it. I like the pizza but I am horrified by the way the owner of this place treats customers and I will never give him another dime of my money.

While I think their pizza is delicious, I was given horrible service the time I went and called. I tried to go on a Sunday where the websites and brochure said they open at 12:00 pm. We arrived at 12:15 and the restaurant was closed. We called and got no answer. I finally got a hold of someone the next day and the women tried to argue with me that on Sunday they open at 2, not noon. We argued TWO different days about the hours. I finally got to eat there yesterday and the women was extremely rude to my group of 6. My friend ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and the women did not want to make a cheese pie for just two slices (even though more people in my group were ordering cheese). In addition to that, we were a larger group and any time we got loud, someone working there would turn up the volume on the TV and radio, causing us to talk over the music and TV. The slice sizes were inconsistent. I ordered two slices of pepperoni and it was equivalent to 4 slices. While my friend ordered two slices of cheese and they werent even close to the size mine was. Overall, the food is good but I dont know if I would rather have good quality service over pizza. I can get pizza anywhere.

This was the worse experience that I have ever had at any restaurant. My coworkers were ranting about how good this place was so I was eager to try it! However, from the moment I walked into the door, the experience started to go downhill. The woman on register was extremely rude and REFUSED to make my pizza because she didnt want to make an entire pie for me to order two slices. Dont sell pizza by the slice if you are going to refuse it to customer! My garlic knots were burnt so badly that they were black on the bottom and CRUNCHY! Every time my group started talking they would turn the TV up, and then at some point they turned the radio on and kept turning that up as well! The hours are very inconsistent! the brochure says 12 but they dont open at 12. The slice size is SO inconsistent! My friend got 2 slices and they gave her 2 slices the size of half a pizza! When I order two sizes thinking I would get the same amount but no, I got my two sizes that were smaller then a quarter of the pizza! I will never be visiting here again. EVER.

Please leave your wives & girlfriends at home...do not bring them out on your deliveries... They get upset when u ask for your change...an are rude to customers...an she was telling the delivery driver to get in car an go... I do speak Spanish! Being raised in Panama... An she was rude an course speaking to the poor man..I felt bad for him...he was very courteous an professional...yet the woman with him need not have been on the delivery an made your driver it seemed embarrassed for her taking over his job! Im sure you had the confidence when you hired the man to do job in a courteous timely manner without the supervision of a intrusive unprofessional side kick tagging along an interfering with the customers an the delivery driver for. Doing his job. Next time I order in I will be trying the new pizza place called Juniors Pizza. Get rid of the delivery drivers girlfriend or wife so he can do a more professional job by leaving her at Home. Or hire her as a cashier in store but keep her out if the delivery service.

I ordered a slice of pizza, garlic knots, and a cheeseburger from this place and I must say it was the NASTIEST food I have ever tasted in my entire life from a pizza shop. The burger smelled terrible and it also looked and tasted like it was cooked in hot water, the garlic knots were covered in oil completely, the marinara sauce was completely dark like it was 6 weeks old, and the slice of pizza tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago and re heated. I called to tell them what was wrong they refused to believe me, they put the cook on the phone to deny it some more and then when I said just give me a refund they said bring the food here so we can inspect it and then well "TALK" about a refund. I come from a background of pizzeria life and i highly recommend who ever is ordering from this place to double check your food the freshness of it and the smell of it!
