Tonight we decided to go to our neighborhood Chik fil a for dinner. We very rarely go out for any dinner. We did a drive through and ordered a #1 and a #4. Ordered drinks and condiments for each order. We drove up to the window, paid what we owed them all the time chatting about what we had done during the day. When we got home we realized that we had only received our #4 dinner, drinks and condiments for both orders but no chicken sandwich :(. Chik fil a hadnt charged us for the sandwich so we werent financial at a disadvantage but we were without one of our dinners :(. We called the store and talked to Peyton, the manager who apologized and asked us if we could return to the store he would make it right. So we did and he turned our disappointing experience into a very positive one. Thank you, Peyton!

Inside the restaurant, the staff are highly professional and efficient in serving food. I felt welcomed by every employee there no matter what their current job was. However, the drive thru line is inefficient on many occasions compared to other Chick fil a locations. To avoid this, its usually faster to simply park and walk inside.

Id give this place 5 stars because Chick-fil-as food is awesome but this particular location needs to get a system down for customers entering the building to place an order. Customers come in from the left and right and there are no dividers to determine who got there first so you may get "cut" in front of. It happens too often.

This store is always busy! The drive-through usually wraps around the building and the building itself is full of people. I can say the food is that good because last time I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru period I normally would never wait that long at any other fast food place before just leaving

Everything from the second we walked in, to the second we left was flawless. Ordering was not hurried and stress free (even when we were ordering on the fly). The establishment had very clean and all of the condiments were fully stocked and ready to go.

Instead of just telling me they were out of the salad I wanted (as Ive been told at other locations), they parked me and made my salad fresh! I didnt mind the wait at all. Happy I wasnt just brushed off and they went above and beyond at 7:30pm! Thanks!!

The salad dressing ruined my whole salad. It was too peppery on a Market Salad. I always put PLENTY of pepper on my food, but the salad dressing that came with the salad did not go with that type of salad.

Wow! Best fast food by far, chicken is tender, juice and not greasy. French fries are REAL potatoes and wonderful, way better than McDonalds no one compares for the chicken, wish they were in northeast.

It is a chick-fil-a.. just one note.. hours of operation are incorrect here.. they dont open till 6:30 am so if you show up at 6am as listed here, you will have to wait, or find some place else.

Very quick service, but 50% of the time they forget either kids meal toy, straws or sauce drive through). Dont go late in the evening, nuggets & tenders look almost burnt and taste awful!
