I dont usually leave reviews because most of the time, we are so quick to leave negative feedback rather positive feedback but my experience(S) at this particular location warrant a review. This is not just one time or two times, this has been SEVERAL times (more than 10) that I have stopped at this location and have had bad service. The only reason I have continued to go by this location is because it is literally on route to my job and any other Chic Fil A would be completely out of the way. Anyway, their customer service is not always great, you will sit at the intercom some times for several minutes before anyone says anything, the person on the intercom always seems to be overwhelmed, I have said thank you once I placed my order and nothing was said in return (now dont take this as I am being anal about these things, I hold Chic Fil A to high expectation because they hold themselves to high expectations) If I wanted this kind of service, there is also a McDonalds in route to my job that I could stop by. They mess up orders frequently and being in commute to work, its not like I can go back and have them fix it. Then, to top those things off, they throw their food together. I read a review down below and saw the man said it looked like they took food out of the garbage to wrapped it, well that is literally how my food looked, I can get better looking food wrapped at McDonalds and Taco Bell and we know how they wrap their foods. I have complained to to owner about these issues every time and they seem to only send cards for a free item, however, they dont fix the problem. Its not about getting a free item or an item replaced, its about the whole experience when you first pull into their parking lot until you drive out of their parking lot. This location needs serious help and experience.

This is a sub-par Chick-Fil-A. I have ordered the Cobb Salad without egg TWICE and both times there were numerous little pieces of egg in it. And the pieces of egg are small so they are hard to pick out, so I almost wish there were big pieces of egg so I could pick them out easier. The first time I just wrote it off, but the second time I realized that obviously there is a break down in the preparation process. I have been to numerous other Chick-Fil-As in the Columbia area and ordered the same thing, and have never had any problems. Their customer service also isnt up to Chick-Fil-A standards. There were a bunch of employees just standing around, and one of the guys on register did not even say anything to his next customer and he just walked away and was seriously gone for at least 5 minutes. He wasnt even just a team member, he was a trainer. I used to work at a Chick-Fil-A, and this was never acceptable at all. It was just a generally unpleasant experience, and if it was just one time it wouldnt bother me...but this was at least the second occasion, and that is just not acceptable.

Crowded, Overpriced, and Overrated. $6 for a tiny breakfast combo that doesnt even fill you up is ridiculous! They are trying to maximize profits at the expense of your satisfaction! They will frequently fill your entire cup up with ice effectively giving you 30% of a drink. They will "accidentally" give you a small fry when you ordered a large meal and they repeated that order to you twice. Food portions are 50% of what they used to be but prices continue to rise. Seriously you get better value and service from a McDonalds. Another thing, this is a "Christian" company that pays its employees barely above minimum wage. We all know you cant feed your family on 9 bucks an hour. This company is making hundreds of millions every year and they cant bother to pay their employees a livable wage? Disgusting. No wonder turn over here is absurd. Dont let them fool you. This is a wolf in sheeps clothing out for your money.

Chic-Fil-A always stands out as THE most pleasant fast food restaurant to dine in (even drive-through for that matter). This location follows suit. They really do hold their employees to a very high standard, and it rarely comes off as forced or strained. Best chicken sandwiches. ever. The spicy deluxe is my favorite. Their sweet tea is probably my number one pick of anywhere. I sometimes drive through just for a large tea (always ask for half ice though, otherwise I get about 8oz of tea and end up with nothing to drink, and a whole lot of ice to look at). I love taking my daughter here. They have a clean indoor playground that usually has other children in attendance.

Waited 5 mins in line inside to dine in to find out my cashier was a trainee with no help. We go to look for a table and all of the tables, floors, etc were filthy. Dead flies in window seals. Also saw two employees try to cover up a dhec violation by picking up the ice bucket of the gross floor they had in their work area before it was seen by management or customers. While eating I also saw there was a line once again with no cashiers tending to anyone. It was pathetic. It also sent like dirty bathroom/the playground in the whole restaurant. Condiment stations were very gross as well with full trash cans. New management needs to be arranged asap!!!!

I love Chick-fil-A, but this locations NIGHT SHIFT has gone down hill quite a bit (day shift is fantastic - hence the 3 stars). It is so common for them to forget one order of my fries or nuggets... Ive driven all the way back up there just for them to act like they didnt care.... disappointing for Chick-fil-A. The last time I went through the drive-thru, I could barely hear the guy b/c of all the laughing in the background. I think its great they have fun at work, but there is a lot of horseplay at the drive-thru window that could be toned down. And the WORST thing about this location is that you will get soggy fries about 50% of the time. :/

Sure the food is fast but I wouldnt call it fast food. The food is delicious and the service is excellent, the people smile at you, the place is clean and the play place is ready for your kid. We are always glad to come here and would definitely recommend getting the calendar card for all of the deals. You get something free each month with the calendar card. This location has hosted Airport high Schools softball teams fundraiser and multiple other local fundraisers. They are involved and helpful for the community.

Went through drive through, asked lady is that was all of our order she said yes. Then after pulling out found out we had no fries with the meals. Then pull back around to drive through tell the girls out there what happen they make us wait in line again and never once did anyone apologize except to say we need to see your receipt. Do you honestly think I would wait in that long line for fries if I had them. Do not stop there if you are on a trip. Ripoffs and no respect.

Wonderful young man (navy chap/ long line of military family, )who approach me to thank me for my service ! Had a little conversation and told him I was here for a briefing for my coming months overseas. He cleaned the table off for us, also gave our family ice cream / milk shakes and gave my children the chick fila cows ! Excellent service and a moment memorable with my family .. Ur my hero in my books !
