First of all if I could then I must have given negative stars to this branch owner and his lier driver. I have ordered a pizza and the guy came 20minutes late and when i said he was late he just went away without giving the pizza and when i called back the owner was saying I have yelled at him when i did not and he was disrespectful to the cistomers and he was blaming me that am disrespectful. This happened before too. Crappy customer service and the driver was a lier. This is not the way they treat the customers. And the person on the phone was rude and just kept on saying that I yelled and disrespected the driver. When I talked to the guy on the phone he was so rude so I asked the security guy who witnessed all this to tell him how I talked and sure enough the security person told the guy that I did not yell at his driver and I was talking normally but he did not listen. Wow...I should have read the reviews first before ordering. Never ever gonna order from them again and will tell frienda not to. I had a meeting and I had to order the pizza but now am going without lunch because of the very bad customer service from this branch. I saw some places who go above and beyond to please their customers but here they just lie and yell at customers and treat them like crap.

We ordered a large pizza and 2 orders of breadsticks. The delivery order arrived 20 minutes after the 30 minute time that was given in the email. One order of breadsticks was missing and the pizza had clearly been jostled, as a few pieces had the cheese and sauce sticking to the top of the box. Neither the pizza nor the breadsticks were even warm. We gave them to our toddler without so much as blowing on them to cool them down. We called to ask about it, and they said they could redeliver the order, but it would be a very long time because they only had one driver (on a Friday night). They gave us a credit, but I guess well try carry out next time so we can be sure the order is correct. There are SO many other awesome pizza places in Gahanna, Im sure we will not be back after using this credit.

This location is NOT worth any stars!!! They are rude and do not treat their customers kindly. My coworker who is handicapped placed an order. He was here and texted that he was here and it took her 5 minutes to get to the door. By the time she got there he was driving off. She called and they were going to redeliver but never showed. She then called the restaurant and the guy on the phone was RUDE! He stated that just because she worked at a specific place they would not redeliver and that he had already refunded her. He would NOT give her their corporate number (which I found online so a complaint will be filed).

First time ordering here and Ill NEVER be back!!!!! Ordered at the counter and waited for my pizza. Got home five minutes away and the pizza was barely warm. Called the store, and asked was my pizza made fresh or was I given an order that had been sitting. Asked if my pizza could be RE made, and I come back to get it. Maggie the Shift manager REFUSED to remake my pizza or give me a credit. When I asked for her supervisors name and information, SHE REFUSED to provide it, and directed me to the Website. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I eat there and Im reporting her ass to the Corporate office!!!

ordered wings. said caught fire so they couldnt make wings then asked me what else I wanted. so I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. then she hung up on me never gave me a time or total. it didnt take long to get it but it wasnt what I ordered. I got a pan pizza and I order extra sauce for the bread sticks never got that. when I called they refused to make what I wanted and gave me a 5.00 credit. very disappointed that twice I could not get what I ordered

The online ordering was canceled as they took my location out of service. The tracker said it was still being prepared for 2 hours. I opted to pick it up after work, the gal was friendly and communicative. But the place looked wrecked and unclean. The place was hard to find. The location is terrible and inset in a strip mall and the lighting is not indicative of a safe place for being open so late. 1 star for being open late.

Great customer service, A++++. We placed an online order, one of our two pizzas were made incorrectly. I called the store and the manager handled it so well, calmly, and had a new pizza sent to us a.s.a.p. I wanna say thank you for the great experience, and making our dinner amazing. It is customer service like this others need to follow... I am older so I remember the old pizza hut slogan "Making it great", and you did.

DO NOT use a credit card on delivery. THEY will not charge you right. The total I wrote on receipt was $15 after tip, they charged my account $21. I would not give anyone an $8.25 tip for a $12.75 order. I emailed the corporate office regarding this, waiting on resolution. Update: The District Manager reached out to me and resolved the issue. He was very sincere, polite, and professional.

Giving it 5 stars because Im a regular here.. And service is amazing if you order online. Last time was disappointing.. Since the 2 employees were sitting outside chillin.. And didnt look at their computer for my order. It was only 9pm. So I had to wait 20 mins for my order.

My sausage was spoiled spelled like a dish rag an the driver got upset I didnt tip saying we advise people that dont tip to carry out this was the worst experience I every had I asked for money back an they took more money out my account wont have my service again

Nasty interior, small doesnt look clean. No dining area. Staff was singing when I walked in. Only one employee wearing a pizza hut shirt, no hair nets to be seen. Will order from the nicer looking one 5 minutes further down North Hamilton from now on.

Literally one of the most uncomfortable experiences picking up a pizza ever. The staff was yelling at each other and it was extremely dirty. There were over flowing trash cans and flies every where. Will never be returning

The staff is extremely kind and the service is always fairly quick. Its hidden in the corner of a small strip so its easy to pass. The outside is a little beat up but the inside is always clean.
