Due to extensive work travel, we needed to cancel our "membership" to caterMe Fit. They stopped delivering food as soon as we requested to cancel, but still charged us for the month. After numerous phone calls to CaterMe Fit, Maritza, the owner, basically anyone that can help you just so happened to ALWAYS be "away from their office". When I finally got in touch with somebody, they gave me the run around on why we never received the refund we were supposed to receive 1 month prior. They then said they refunded us for partial payment because we cancelled before the end of the month. Which is a complete LIE. Then, I was told I would get a phone call from the owner to discuss because I stated that the partial refund was unacceptable. Well, I am still waiting on that phone call from the owner.. going on 2 weeks now. My advice to CaterMe Fit would be to improve on your customer service. I have never worked with a company that had such horrible customer service in my life. Now you can work with my bank after we dispute the charges for the food we never received. What you are doing is stealing $. For anyone even considering CaterMe Fit, good luck. The food is subpar, they deliver all different times of the night, and my boyfriend got food poisoning from one of the chicken dishes, so I would stay away from the chicken. Do not plan on cancelling if you do decide to try it out, because you will never get your full refund back or a phone call from this company period.

2 star rating due to the inconsistent advertising on their site. I was thrilled to purchase with a local company! The food was pretty good and in good condition when it arrived. And they advertised 2/week delivery...not too bad! Unfortunately, they advertised a $15 delivery fee, but once I got my receipt it was $20. The the sales coordinator via email said they are in the process of changing it. They continued to charge $20 instead of compensating for what was Falsely advertised. They also advertised 2/week Sundays and Wednesdays drop-off & pickup days. I personally set my busy schedule around those days. When I received my order Sunday there were no instructions on returning ice pack, nor on when my next delivery would be. I had to call the company, otherwise they charge another $20 for not returning the bag & ice pack properly. My second shipment came on Tuesday, mind you they advertised Wednesday. The delivery man said they deliver Sunday, Tues, & Thurs to my surprise. I emailed the sales coordinator again to find out what exactly was going on. I was told they need 3 days notice to put any delivery days on hold. For a first time customer, who just wanted a local meal prep company to help with the stress of personally meal prepping, they sure made things really difficult for what they charge for "convience". Needleless to say I cancelled my subscription.

If I could give no stars I would. I dont often write reviews but I felt this was necessary. Out of all the other meal prep companies theyre competing with you think theyd be better. I would not recommend this one to anyone. I was with them for several months and when I signed up I was told it was a monthly billing and then a few months later theyre trying to charge me for a second time in one month and then begin to tell me its 20 days Im paying for.. not a month. So I canceled my reoccurring billing and then was charged AGAIN by surprise a month later. It took 2 whole weeks to get my refund because trying to get ahold of someone there is nearly impossible. And then they refunded the card they didnt even charge, no confirmation or anything! The owner doesnt pay any attention to whats going on, I didnt hear one word from her after emailing her. I had to call one of their person cells to get ahold of them. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE. Because thats how I feel based off customer service... not even the food (And I wont even go there). If youre looking for a company like this but 1000xs better, UFit Meals! Thats what I tried next and Im so incredibly satisfied.

This company will leave a bad taste in your mouth literally and figuratively speaking. I am leaving 1 star only because Google wont let me put zero stars. The paleo plan food I received was not only below average, but it was incredibly bland, overcooked, and possibly even spoiled by the look of the vegetables. After spending an average of $10 a meal after delivery fees and tax, I ended up spending even more money having to go out and purchase lunch and dinner because the food was unacceptable. When I expressed my disappointment, not only was the customer service member unapologetic, but they were also condescending and told me if I didnt like the food I should find another delivery company or hire a personal chef. I was told the owner of the company would call me to discuss a possible refund, but I have yet to hear from anyone. Each week customer service says the owner will call and this has been going on for over a month now. I feel cheated by this company and strongly regret giving them a try. Stay very far away and save your hard earned money!

Ive been using CaterMeFit for a week now and Im blown away! Ive never felt this good in my entire life. Ive dropped weight, Im full of energy, and I no longer experience cravings. My body is receiving all of the proper nutrients so the sudden urges to veer off and "cheat" have virtually disappeared. I work fulltime and go to college fulltime plus do CrossFit. CaterMeFit is a godsend; it has helped to make my life so much easier!!!!! With all the "busyiness" I experience throughout the course of my days, CaterMeFit has made eating enjoyable for me for the first time in a VERY LONG time! For someone who has struggled with weight and body issues for a good portion of my life, I cant even begin to describe how monumental that is!! After all these years its finally nice to sit down and enjoy a good meal without fretting about calories or nutrient intake. The food is delicious, I never get bored, and come meal time I find myself getting excited to open the fridge and pick from an array of choices. Thank you CaterMeFit!!

The first week of meals were fine. I was happy and thought this was a good idea. However, I was wrong. I put the second week on hold because I was going out of town. I called, spoke to someone and emailed catermefit about the change for the week. That entire week I was out of town they still delivered food. After 2 emails someone finally apologized about the mix up. Not a big deal but it gets worse. I made sure to put 3 items on the food survey of things I do not like. EVERY week the meals had these items in it. I ended up giving away almost every meal that came in. At this point, I complained via email 2 more times but no one answered. Tonight, I came home to a paper bag filled with food just sitting outside of my door. No cooler, no ice ... NOTHING. thank god this is the last week of service because this company is a WASTE OF MONEY!! Do yourself a favor and find another company with better customer service. $300 dollars down the drain.
