Horrible service, was lied to by staff on multiple ocasions when ihave had issues with an order. Today i place an online order for delivery, after a hour and ahalf passed i calmto check the order, they say my card was declined when i selected cash for my payment and i was ordering as a guest so there would be no card on file, so instead of calling me they decided to just cancel the order, they said they had called me four times but my phone had not rang or any missed calls, so my boyfriend and i decide to just go pick it up, we wait a few minutes get our new pizza and the crust was wrong we go back in and they make a new one 15 minutes later we receive another pizza that was .... You guessed it wrong again but after almost two and half hours of waiting i just took the pizza and went home. I have had multiple issues before with them, i was lied to before as well when they did not put on honey siracha sauce on my pizza like i ordered, and when i called the women told me that she did it herself and it was on my pizza and had a very snappy tone when in fact there was no sauce on my pizza

Made me wait over 3 hours for my pizza because they didnt have drivers, didnt even call me to let me know what was going on and that they didnt have drivers yet so I had to call and then go pick it up. When I did come to pick it up they were not empathetic or very nice at all about the situation. Could have maybe at least gave me some breadsticks or something? I was pretty damn hungry 4 hours after placing my order. Oh well luckily I have moved and wont be ordering from here anymore but just want to let everyone know they are very incompetent and dont really care. I gave one extra star because they did have a driver that was an older gentlemen who was pretty cool but other than that this place is wack, he probably quit.

This is the absolute worst pizza delivery branch for Pizza Hut. Spoke with the store manager Pat who couldve cared less if it had been an hour over the estimated delivery time for me to get my order. She also claimed that they were understaffed and every time I called for an order status I got a different answer each time about when my food actually left the building. She laughed at me when I told her she needed to compensate/ make up for this with a free pizza or something because this is the third (and now last time) I have ordered from this branch because its closest to my office. Do not waste your time ordering from here, the entire place is a joke. Will be directing my complaint to corporate too

Awful! Ive ordered 3 times now. The first pizza was awful and we chucked it up as being a fluke. The 2nd time the pizza was even worse. We vowed to never order again only when Pizza Hut had a great deal and we figured to try it. We opt for pick up this time and theyre missing a whole pizza! They tried to tell me I didnt order it, but my receipt showed 4 pizzas! They then make me wait 20 minutes for another! If you want pizza hut, please order from another location!! Also, while im waiting for my pizza, the peoples next to me had their order totaly butchered as well!

I just ordered a pizza online on my phone and the manager canceled my order because my card was declined and didnt even bother calling me. I called the store and a very nice woman helped me out and she asked her manager if he canceled my order and he said yes in a very rude way she apologized about it and helped me out with my order again. This is the second time I have had a problem with this pizza hit the first time was when they messed up on buffalo wings like how hard is it to not mess a order up like seriously...

Pizza was done at 6:56pm. Got in the drive thru at 7pm with two cars in front of me. I did not get my pizza and leave until 7:40pm!!!!!!! Talk about LIVID!!! Horrible customer service, my pizza was cold, AND I waited 40 minutes just to get a little $5 off of my order!! Not to mention, the manager was a complete B and could care less about my complaints. She laughed when I had mentioned I should get my pizza for free! I will never go back to this place again!

I walked in and said hello to the guy standing at the counter and he immediately walked away. A couple minutes after he walked away, a girl walks up to the counter. I said hello to her and she grabs the phone and makes a call to someone. I wasnt acknowledged for the good 5 minutes or so that I stood there. I was not happy. This location is also very dirty looking. The pizza is pretty good but the breadsticks are crusty and stale tasting.

Ive tried this place 3 times now First time I was here waiting 15 minutes just for someone to come take my order. 2nd and 3rd time as I was waiting all I could here was employees cussing and disrespecting one another in the back. There was a bigger white guy there and he was very nice and professional but everyone else was loud and disrespectful

It took a while for them to answer the telephone but I figured they were busy. The coupon went through fine. They had a harder time finding my credit but the manager took care of things. Most importantly my pizza was ready and delicious!

Not like this place needs more negative reviews, but I waited on hold for 25 minutes to order a pizza. Ended up driving and waiting in store. I watched employees not take a single one of the calls for over a half hour. WOW.
