Not happy! Got two pizzas and they were under-cooked and it was like taking a bite of pure uncooked dough. I called and nicely explained only to be argued by josh the manager that it was supposed to be that way because "dough pan pizza is supposed to soggy and uncooked and some people like it that way". Well I dont and he wouldnt budge on his singular view. I recalled to give them a second chance and talked to a different manager who was much nicer however once drove all the way back I was met by Josh the singular view manager. Eventually he offered to make a new one but said it would be exactly the same, I finally got my refund but it was worse struggle than applying for FAFSA. Never going back!

What exsperience, your company has a delivery service, but cant, ni sorry wont drive 2.8 miles. Whats the point in having a delivery service, to walk across the street I guess. And this is in Athens, also had the same issue in Savannah. Used to love Pizza Hut, now Im just done, and will stick to Dominos, who will find a way to deliver, or just go to Little Ceasers. Oh, this thing makes you rate at least one star, I didnt even want to putit on there.

I really liked this place until the last order we made, we asked for a pizza with about 6 different toppings and they gave us one with just ham and pineapple plus, customer service is horrible, they used to be friendly last time I went there but not anymore. I can sincerely say this is the Worst place ever, NEVER going back until they change personal or at least give them a good training.

We really liked this place until the last few orders. We order very regularly from them and the last 3 times it has taken 2 or more hours. Gave the benefit of the doubt on a Friday night, but on a Sunday or weekday, thats rediculous. And we got the wrong breadsticks this time. We will not be calling them again. I feel sorry for the staff for the poor management!

Was horrible experience. Took an hour and a half for a medium pizza and breadsticks. It was a monday night so that was rediculous. The pizza was cold and the breadsticks and cheese sauce differed from the general pizza hut sticks and sauce. The cheese sauce and breadsticks are why I got to pizza hut. Plus the dough was undercooked.

Wish i didnt have to give any star for this plave because there service is terrible !!!! I ordered the $19.99 Dinner box ( 2 med pizzas , chicken Alfredo, bread stick) + buffalo boneless wings so i spent a good 35$ !!!!! But didnt get to enjoy it

Best pizza I ever had. Pizza was on time, fresh, and over all the best pizza I ever had. Staff was friendly and very helpful when I placed my order. If I could give higher than a five star rating I would!

Ordered from this place once. Took two hours to get the food delivered and we were at most half a mile from this place. Not only that the pizza was cold and they had the order wrong. Stay away!!

If you pick up theres never anyone at the front. Plan on waiting for the manager to get back from going to pick up taco bell and leaving the counter unattended.
