My best friend Brianna, Jake, and I went to this location last night October 9, 2016 right before 9 pm. They dont close until 10 pm anyways. We went in and the woman at the corner named April was busy. When she asked could she help us and we asked for a table she got an attitude and told us to just sit down. We went to our seat and she came up to us and threw the menu across our table and she only gave us one little menu for three people. She asked us what would we like to drink and I simply told her our checks would be separate and she then continued with her attitude and got smart and said "Okay but I said what would you like to drink". She said this in the most rude tone and so snappy. I looked at her like she lost her mind but I ignored it and I even said "I would like sweet tea please" and my friends nicely order theirs. She wrote it down and asked what we wanted to eat and I said we needed a minute. She walked off real fast and finally came back with out drinks. She asked was we ready again and it hadnt even been five minutes. Jake told her we were still looking so she stomped off. At this point I started to leave but kept my peace and stayed calm. About five minutes later she came half to the table held out her pen and paper at us and asked us were we ready now and I said Not yet maam. She got mad and stomped off and went behind the counter and slammed the doors. I looked at my friends and told them I was leaving. She went back into the doors and slammed them again. I got up and my friends followed she came out and looked at us. I then told her we decided to go some where else and she snapped and said well yall still have to pay for the drinks. Being mature I said okay and we all walked to the counter. My friend jake asked how much would it be and leaned over the counter watching while she typed it in. She then said you know what nevermind dont even worry about it. I told her okay and to have a nice night. She got smart with us and said yall too and I pushed the door open and walked out. I dont care who made her mad or hurt her feelings. You NEVER treat your customers like that. I work at a fast food restaurant myself and I know way better than to do that. I dont know if she thought that because we were young she could run us over and treat us like that. But I am not the one and I will not be served by no hateful person. She made many mistakes that not treating my friends and I like she did. We never once got rude with her and snappy. I have no clue what her problem was. But if this is the type of people yall have serving others then I do not want to eat there again. I wont be going back any time soon to this location as long as this woman named April works there. She should be shamed of herself for pushing customers out the door and losing money for this company. She was just rude, disrespectful, and had no manners what so ever toward a paying customer. I can happily point this woman out for anybody that goes to location and deals with her. If she has a rude attitude like that with all her customers then she shouldnt be employed at this company no ways. Servers like this are the ones who give a business a bad name to begin with. I usually dont write reviews even if I have had bad quality service to begin with from a place. But her having an attitude and being disrespectful was not called for at all. I am very unhappy with this server. The type of service she gave us was not called for and just ridiculous.

This place has been a joke for a loooong time! We recently visited and had a pretty good experience. (This was a shocker) staff was nice, the (new) manager? Was very nice. Just think they stay under staffed, if they would have a good staff during peek hours the customer service rate would go up and then business would be better. This place has ALWAYS failed with table service & customer service. Sure hope this location continues to improve.

With 8 other people in the store, we sat 15 mins before server came over. We asked for a wet rag because the table was sticky and had pizza sauce on it. 5 mins later he comes back to tell us there is no sweet tea, but he will make some if I really want it. I say okay Ill wait, and then ask about the wet cloth, he returns and hands me the wet cloth and I bus my own table. Pizza tastes like pizza, nothing special. Wont be back.

It took these guys 2 and a half hours to deliver to my home which is 4min away from this place... when we called them they got a funky attitude and said its on the way and then hung up... who ever the the boss are owner is need to be fired for allowing these ungrateful ass worker to keep there jobs.... never will ny family eat or order pizza hut again!

I went in and ordered our pizza the girl said it would be about 15min. It was an hour later that I got the pizza,after I went up there and asked how much longer it would. Service is so slow they had people walking out. Wint ever go back pizza was dried out cuz the put it in the warmer.. This was on 2/10/2017

Ive been doing delivery from them, and they do a pretty good job. Its been taking about 30-35 minuets for my food to arrive, and when it does the food is hot, and fresh. Ive been getting mostly pizza delivered from them, but I have tried the wings (garlic parmesan) and they were pretty good.

I called to order a pizza to be delivered and was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. I called back after 2 hours and was told that the delivery person had quit. I never received my order. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Bad way to do business.
