I ordered a pizza for my boyfriend at 10 pm on 2-10-2016. Pizza store said it would take an hour and 40 minutes, which would have been about 11:51 pm when it should be delivered. After the 2 hours passed my boyfriend told me that the pizza is late. This was about 12:15 now. So I called the store and the phone kept ringing all night and such to no answer. So I checked my bank account and happened to get the money back for the pizza that I ordered. I understand being busy, but you all have phones for a reason. You need to call the people who order 2 hours before you guys close and tell them if you cannot process their order and give them their money back. Its business and honestly this is honestly the first itme I hada problem with them. After all this I ended up driving to Wendys and getting my boyfriend some food and ended up having to bring a friend along when we planned on drinking and wasting the night doing something that this place should have already done. If my boyfriend wants to order from here then he can. I however will no longer order from this store. Id rather drive to the store I need to go to and waste gas rather than letting this store bring the food to me.

If I am rating this place against other Pizza Huts, a 1-star rating is absolutely the correct rating. I have had a complaint every time I have ordered from them. 4 times I have had delivery times over 2 hours on a weekday, only to call in and find out they have no delivery drivers. 3 times they have made my food wrong, and Ive had to complain. Once they literally told me "not all stores have that" and werent willing to call and let me know, or remove it from the website for their store. 5 times our pizza has been dried out and low on cheese, leaving patches of dried tomato sauce on top of thin, hard crust. 1 time has any replacement or credit been offered, and even that time it was evenly covering the cost of something wed not eaten. I highly recommend the Donatos on Demorest if you are ordering pizza near here - never have I had a complaint.

The worst pizza hut ever this is the third time I had called to order delivery the 1st time it took 2 hours in till they showed up with 2 pizzas that were like card board literally the manager have 2nd ride 50 %off it was ok kinda cold but time 3 they said they were closing in a hour son no delivery so Im now Friday 2 hours before close now they havent had a driver but the last time they were closing in a little bit and the help they have working really ghetto and rude time for new help pizza hut last time I call this location and wouldnt recommend anyone order from here hands down

I order a pizza tonight and wanted delivery mustve been a new guy. He claimed he couldnt give me certain crust for the stuffed crust pizza but Ive ordered here 1x a week for quite some time and always had no problem. then claims its 1 1/2 hour wait for delivery so I say OK. Waited the time call back to be told the driver left am hour ago is there anyway I can pick it up? Theres a reason I had it delivered because of lack of transportation so basically i was SOL.....ended up picking it up yet it sat there the entire time plus drive time to the store. Not cool pizza hut not cool

This Pizza Hut was horrible. When we order our pizza, we were told it was going to take almost 2 hours to get it. 15 minutes after it was suppose to be delivered, my husband had to call and complain. They said they tried to deliver the pizza but they could not get in to our hotel room. In the message part of the ordering, we told them to call us and we would meet them in the lobby. The driver then said he did call and we got no call. It then took another hour to get a cold pizza. Will NEVER order from them again.

Poor service, ordered a pizza tonight around 9:00 tonight for delivery. Pizza tracker said the order wouldnt arrive until 12:00am. We called and asked if that was correct, they told us itd be 50 minutes. About 11:15 and no pizza. We call again and they claim they werent doing deliveries at that time, even though a.) They didnt say that the first time we called and b.) I couldnt find anywhere that had a cut off time for delivery. Long story short we wasted two hours, and wound up taking our business to Donatos!

GARBAGE-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Customer service is out of control. I was on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for an employee to amswer and take my order, they never answered. I ordered online, said it would be here around 25-30 minutes. After an hour, i called and they said they never received my order but thats funny because the money was taken off my debit card. So i had to wait a another hour to receive my dinner. This place is horrible, never Will i come back.

My wife and I had a FLY BAKED INTO OUR pizza and the manager: Bobbi dismissed it and said there was nothing she can do except give us a new pizza. No thanks I DONT WANT ANY FOOD FROM HERE! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!! This is stupid, I am waiting to get a call back from corporate as of now. I used to like pizza hut but i dont know if i can stomach it after this experience! Eat here if you like big fat bugs melted into your cheese for texture!

Horrible Pizza would rather eat Little Caesars at least I know what Im getting from them the pizza was horrible I said to cook it well done not have it gooythe Middle. and I ordered 5 different toppings a only put two on it was disgusting oh and I ordered boneless wings I was supposed to get 10 I got five call them back to tell them their mistake and they want to offer me A2 liter for my trouble how about just give me my money back

Crazy I tried ordering yet again from this place getting a call as soon as I push confirmed first time you they didnt have the wings. second time they didnt have the pasta that I wanted third time they dont have delivery drivers.... And each time I get Sorry For your inconvenience and hopefully your money will be back on your card if not itll take 3 to 7 business days.....That it!

This place just called me 20 minutes after I place my order online (9pm) and told me they wouldnt be fulfilling anymore deliver orders so they could get out of there at closing time (11pm) Then after being a little annoyed I decide to pick it up and they tell me that theyre also out of stuffed crust. This place needs to be reviewed by corporate or restaffed.... poor service!

Employee here, business is slow on weekdays, hence employees staying around, we get 60 orders on a good Monday. Pizza dough happens, and being cold or doughy depends on more than how long its cooked. We have new drivers all the time, so its hard to have a consistently good time. I appreciate the time Im working here, and Im hoping that I can continue my time here.
