They are incapable of getting a "create your own" order correct. Twice they have messed up and were reluctant to fix their mistakes. This past time I went, they messed up with the replacement pizza as well, but we left with it cause we had to wait an hour for one medium pizza. The first time they messed up they put up such a hassle with my husband even though we had the email receipt that says exactly how we ordered the pizzas, but they were all sweating we must have needed up while ordering.... We hadnt. The pizzas were for a football party, and he missed half the game. Just all round bag customer service, we even tried to call and got a machine and did a review online, and we never received a call back or response of any kind. They obviously dont care about customer satisfaction as a corporation and especially not in the restaurant. We will never be returning here!

Short delivery order. Was delivered at closing time. Tried to call to address issue with short order at 9:59 pm but the phones were already turned off. Only sent 8 of my 16 wings ordered. Charged me for crushed red pepper, never sent it. Didnt send my drink. I noticed the lack of drink at time of delivery. The driver said shed get it and come back. That was almost an hour ago. Didnt even send a fork to eat the pasta with, and the bread sticks that came with it were stale and hard. And also everything was cold. Was told Im in a semi truck. Guess they figured they could just screw me over, because they know theres nothing I could do, because Ill be gone trucking before they ever re-open tomorrow.

THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS ANS NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN! Im telling the waitress how I want my wings cooked and shes arguing with me saying they cant do it! Ive lived in Elberton all my life and have had my wings cooked the same way each time SO I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS THIS TIME!....IM VERY HUNGRY AND HIGHLY UPSET!

Very disappointed, ordered online on wed 26th around 12 pm for 6 pm. Arrived @ 5:54 pm did not receive good until 6:40 pm was told by staff member that one 2 people were working and they were slammed with 40 orders. Was not happy at all thats why I ordered online early, so I could get in and out quickly.

My daughter phone ordered a pepperoni last week for pickup. Only half the bread had toppings or sauce on it. Am sadly disappointed bc we dont have too many options in elberton
