Worst Chick fila ive been to in five states. I had to wait in line for them to look at the eclipse. Only one ive seen that doesnt have condiments available out front. If you want to see a Chickfila ran the right way and get excellent service you need to go to the Chickfila on Rome Hilliard Rd. Truly the best i have seen. Hilliard store has an operator who cares about his guests. Skip the Polaris location on Sancus. Sancus shouldnt even be allowed to have the Chickfila badge. I have delivered to Chickfila locations in 4 states and Sancus is a disgrace to the name. Chickfila is an awesome place to eat. Dont let this location turn you away from eating there.

Had their breakfast here. I recommend their hash browns, theyre truly amazing. Got the breakfast bagel and their chicken breakfast sandwich. It might have been that breakfast was ending 10 minutes after I ordered, but the breakfast sammies werent really anything to write home about. They were still pretty good, and Ill make sure to go back at a decent time for breakfast to see if showing up towards the beginning of breakfast makes a difference. With that being said, the service was great, and the staff were super nice as Ive come to experience at every Chick-Fil-A location Ive been to.

Chick-Fil-A in general is a good restaurant. However, maybe this particular restaurant and its employees were having an "off" day when I visited. While other Chick-Fil-A restaurants hand very pleasant employees, this one did not. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food when the restaurant only had about 6 people inside. When I finally received my food, my fries were got, but my chicken was room temperature. While this wont stop me from going to other Chick-Fil-A establishments, I probably wont be visiting this one again any time soon.

Consistently good quality food, fresh and tasty. The Chick-fil-A sauce is amazing and they have great lemonade and iced tea. Service is always excellent. There was a confrontation with a rude and cranky customer and the line manager while we were there. She handled it like a pro and I was embarrassed that he was that mean to the staff there. Chick-Fil-A is incredibly good at hiring quality staff who are genuinely kind and helpful and she did not deserve the rudeness that the customer provided.

I dont know how this is possible and why I keep coming back.. This is the closest chickfila for me and I love their food but EVERYTIME 20+ times and Im not exaggerating.. There was something wrong EVERYTIME.. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!??!? HOW!?!?? Ive even called the manager a few times to let him know (declined free food from him) just to ask for them to just get my order right everytime. HOW IN THE WORLD IS IT POSSIBLE TO MESS UP THIS MUCH AND FOR IT TO CONTINUE THIS LONG.

I love Chik-Fil-A, but this location is one of the slowest I have ever been to. Ive made several visits since I reside nearby, and every visit is atleast a 30-45 minute wait in the drive-thru. Almost every visit that I sucessfully make it all the way through the drive thru, they forget to hand me my drink. Ive also received other guests orders. I can go sit down and enjoy breakfast/dinner elsewhere easily in 45 minutes. The wait is not worth it!

Staff is always extremely friendly. It can get extremely busy on weekends, to get an idea of how busy it can get the drive thru line wraps around the store, but even when they are extremely busy they keep the line (both drive thru and indoors) moving at a fast pace. The location of this restaurant is in a weird place, there is no direct entry to it and on busy days it can be hard to find parking but there are other areas to park within range.

I am so impressed at the quality of service and caring for the customer that I see at this Chick-fil-a. I had ordered a deluxe sandwich and got the regular, when I said something they apologized over and over and gave me both sandwiches. They really cared about what happened, I didnt just feel like a number. I cant believe the intolerance of some who say they are tolerant yet if someone doesnt believe the way they do they think it is hate. SAD!

I love their classic chicken sandwiches! There needs to be a Chick-fil-A in every town. This particular store is clean and well-managed. The staff were nicely pressed and dressed. It was an extremely popular place as the drive-thru and dine in were completely full. Even though the line of cars wrapped around the building we were still able to get our order in and food under 5 minutes. I would definitely go back to this particular store again.

We used to go through the drive through all the time to where the workers recognized my voice and already knew what I was going to order. Something changed a few months ago now they forget something every time. After making a second trip a few times to get what was missing I started checking carefully. Now you have to unwrap everything to make sure it was correct because they not only forget items they give the wrong item as well.

Terrible service. I got to Chick Fl a at 10:31 and they told me I could not get breakfast anymore when they were clearly still serving breakfast to other customers. On vacation and will never come back to this Chick fl a ever again, very disappointed. No wonder they have a "now hiring" sign outside the door. Also when I did order it took 20 minutes for my food to come out.

Typical that the Bible-haters are trashing a great place. I have been here dozens of times over the past few years & have had nothing except great service & great food every time no matter how busy they are! Other customers are usually as friendly as the staff. Clean always, and the enclosed kids play area is a hit with my grandkids.

Food is great, staff is always nice and attentive. Usually get breakfast here and three drive thru is always fast, you get what you ordered, and coffee is nice and hot! Be warned though the lids dont had stoppers and sometimes leak in your cup holder. Lunch is good but its always packed because of proximity to Chase.

I wasnt greeted with the normal greeting of"Its a great day at Chick-fil-A, what can I order for you." The hash browns were tough and unsalted. Nothing was offered for the long wait in the drive-thru. This Polaris Chick-fil-A is always a notch or two below two other Chick-fil-A I will sometimes frequent.

Always perfect, hot, delicious food. Always super polite staff. Always clean. Great indoor play area for kids- its soundproof! Wonderful dining room attendant will refill drinks for you. Plus - they have cherry coke - real cherry coke. We love this Chick Fil A! Cannot ask for anything better!!

Ive worked at Chick-Fil-A before and to be frank (no my names not frank) the service was slow. Ill never be back here again but not for the reason you might be thinking. Overall food was great however I dont live in Ohio. I was just passing by. So overall 2/5 was only medium quick service.

This was a pleasant experience. Been to this location before and it was not a good experience so I was weary. This time the staff was attentive and friendly and the food was what good. I love Chick fil a so Im glad that they redeemed themselves! The Sawmill Rd location is the best!
