Worst experience at a Chipotle. The tables and floors are filthy. There was one employee actually working and she was ringing out customers, trying to fill the ice and do everyone elses jobs. Three employees were behind the counter talking and laughing the entire time. It was hard for the girl making our food to even hear our order. We waited in line for 35 mins at 3:00 PM on a Sunday. Line was no moving and customers were rolling their eyes. One employee clocked in, made himself a burrito and sat down at the table with co-worker and ate. Will not return to this location sadly.

Just cant seem to get a burrito from here to taste like more than just a blob of rice. Meat is good but only if you pick it out because the huge amount of rice consumes it. Theres a similar place in hilliard called hothead burritos that is a very good alternative to chipotle, and ots a lil cheaper. Last time i went there they told me there was one opening on sunbury road in the next couple of months. Im excited. They have sauces, queso cheese, ground meat and flavored tortillas as well as everything else chipotle has plus there burritos ar about 1.50 cheaper

Worst chipotle Ive ever been to. I love chipotle food but the customer service at this location is Absolutely terrible. The employees act like its almost a burden to serve you, and they are pretty unprofessional. Granted there are a few who take the time to even smile but most of them dont even seem like they want to be there which makes it Uncomfortable and not a great experience for the customer. I personally will not be going back to that location. Chipotle I still love you, but chipotle At Easton? Nope.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They completely skipped me in line because their were no vegetables left, or beans. Every table was dirty, trash was full, ice machine button was blinking because it was empty and the line was literally wrapping around the whole store the service was so slow. I would never ever go back here again and I highly recommend choosing another store. Do not waste your time.

The food is alway great. The staff is friendly, but mismanaged and horribly inefficient. They will let the line stop moving and have 4 employees not doing anything because one station is stuck on something. Theyre in a prime location and could do crazy amounts of business if their line moved faster. If you show up exactly at 11:00 youll still wait at least 20 minutes for lunch.

I eat at Chipotle at least 3 times per week, and I travel for work, so I get to frequent a number of Chipotle restaurants. This Chipotle is the worst Ive been to so far. The service is terrifically slow and apathetic and the food is inconsistent. Unfortunately its the nearest Chipotle in the area, so the poor Easton townsfolk are stuck with this awful experience.

Ordered online order was not even started when it was supposed to be ready for pick up. Plenty of people there to work to much socializing including the manager. It would have been faster for us to go thru the line. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. Disappointing. Do not boost about your online ordering if you cannot produce.

This location has gone down hill. Its understaffed and they always seem to be out of certain foods (no fajita veggies at noon, over cooked steak, brown guac). The restaurant is TINY, so this is better for to-go orders, except their on-line orders are never done on time. I hope this location gets better, it used to be awesome.

Worst chipotle Ive ever been to! They always have like 10 workers but only 1-2 on the line serving customers. Always out of SOMETHING and they take FOREVER. Never fails. Only come here when you have plenty of time to wait.....or go to a different location which focuses on customers

The food is good, but this location is tiny with fairly limited seating. Maybe 20 people can fit inside the restaurant. In fairness theres also some seating outside, but you cant always count on that being an option - wind, rain, cold.

The food was good. Had the carnitas burrito and chips with hot salsa. The pork is not as good as Qdoba, did not give enough chips for salsa, and salsa was a tad salty.
