I like Taco bell the food is great. But I really get aggravated when they mess up your order and you drive back up there and tell the call box person they forgot something and they say drive through to the window. In the mean time the rest of your food is at your house getting cold and you have to wait in line and when you finally get up to the window they say " Here are your chips and pico. Ok so what, not a :In sorry " no apology what so ever. That is really all I wanted, but no, just here is the rest of your food like it was my fault. Then I drive back home to a soggy taco. Very disappointing. Complete lack of good manners.

Today at the one in eaton was really bad.they forgot to put beef in my crunchwrap!the soft tacos were cold. The tostada had a few beens,ok. The place looked like they just had a big party It was app.230 330 it was on 8-6-17 sunday. Whats sad is my husband and I always love stopping at taco bell.while we were there there was 2 people who went thru the drive thru and came in because the order was wrong.we have been coming here for the last 10 years.our bill is most of the time $6.41. Of course we get the senior drinks.really hope things change cause I really love taco bell.some times its really hard to hear that.

I had a car full of four people. Together it was a big order. Nothing to hard or special. I am Unhappy with the service I received on October 25, 2015 at 3am. When we received our food, They gave us the wrong food, And when we went back to get the right food The drive thru employee was rude and had an attitude. When we finally Received the food it so spicy my Lips are numb along with my throat. Everyone is displeased with the service we received . We will not Be returning to this Taco Bell.

Food is to be expected from a fast food restaurant. Most of it taste very similar. The front register person was kind but the manager had to be called for a issue with the register itself. The manager proceeded to cash us out and payed no heed to the fact that she could have cost the employee money.

Got wrong order through the drive thru. Brought it inside and handed them the bag and NOBODY started making my correct order. Ive been here for 30 minutes and still no food. Terrible service. Hire all new staff and train them while you are closed

This place is awful. Food tastes like every other taco bell but poor management and awful employees make this place terrible. I go to taco bell quite often and its very disappointing that this one is the closest to my house.

Went here and the service was not good and me and my girlfriend ate and immediately got sick afterwards. I thought it was just because we werent feeling well that day and ate it the next day and were immediately sick again.

You can just tell the employees dont care about anything that has to do with quality food or service. I love taco bell but not this location. Yuck!! But probably this is the managers fault.

This place is extremely slow. The employees are untrained. The quality of the food is poor. Something is either missing or made wrong 9 out of 10 times. Wont be going back.
