Not Only Did I Feel Very Rushed To Order But When i Got To The Window To Pay For My Food And Had Forgot To Order Two Items DUE TO BEING RUSHED. The Cahier Then Told Me I Was Not Allowed To Add To My Order I Said I Had NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING IN MY LIFE . He Then Proceeded To Tell Me That The Manager He Was Working Under Would Absolutely Not Allow Him To Add Anything To My Order Because They Where Busy And Proceeded to Tell Me His Name Is Michael When He Seen I Was Not Very Happy. 1 You Should Never Rush Your Customers In To Feeling As They Are Taking too Long To Order, A Paying Customer Is A Paying Customer. 2 Your Job As A Franchise or Corporate Fast Food Restaurant Is To UPSELL As Much As Possible i Dont Care What your Position MANAGER, CASHIER, COOK. Your Working Together As A TEAM To PROVIDE Excellent Customer service & Delicious Food . 3 The Fact That The Cashier Felt The Need To Throw His Manager Under the Bus And Point Fault At SomeOne Else Shows That The amount of Respect For Eachother Is Nonexistent Which Is Absolutely Unprofessional & Shows How Much TEAMWORK Is Practiced In The Company . Very Disappointing Experience.

Giving one star seems to high for the service we got today. Employees were very rude we went through the drive-through to order the free tacos today we were told we could only get one through the drive-through for carload and had to come inside for the other When we went inside to get the other taco the employee that waited on her seemed very unhappy that we ordered a free taco like she was having to pay for the taco. to run this kind of promotion through a corporate event you would think that the employees would be better trained on the promotion and act a little more professional to the customers. I will never go to this restaurant again I was very unhappy the way were all treated. Every customer in there at that time was treated Rudely. Why run a promotion if the emplyees dont help promote it. Very disappointed. Never been to a restaurant with such rude employees ☹️ Good promotional idea with the free tacos but very stressful.

I came thru drive thru..10:35pm ordered half my order at speaker where service provider rudely told me to pull up because her headset was echoing.... Then we get to window she proceeded to rush us out by smartassedly telling us total..(rushed i told her I wasnt done with my order and that she had pulled me forward... She with tude says eh ok go ahead.. Ordered meal deal A has drink .. Mini chick quesadilla.. Cheesy roll up.. Frito burrito.. Fivelayer beefy burrito she hollared back my order ..then took my money with tude..then rushed us away... No pop .. we went Home as i have a hungry family waiting and look in bag...no cheesy roll up no mini chicken quesadilla... Food was cold and tasted unflavored.. But when your hungry u eat also since lady was so rude i didnt want to go back..ill wait till morning to make my complaints with store but my deal is i come here often.. And was treated like yesterdays garbage..

Horrible service, disgusting food, never get anything right and refuse to fix the problem when they make one. The night manager is a thief and I had to call the cops on her just to get my food because she didnt want to have to replace my order that they messed up. They served me. Hard empty taco shell wrapped up, frito burritos with no Fritos, and box meals with no chips. I was then told to pull around after waiting 18 minutes as it was. When I asked for a number to call they said they didnt have one and that they dont have a GM to talk too. Absolutely the worst experience with a restaurant to date and I want the world to know just how horrible they are. So buyer beware save your money and hit one of the many restaurants in the area. I bet you wont get treated like that at wendys!!! Taco bell you failed big time!!

Weve threw the drive threw and ordered our food to get home and find the wrong stuff,ordered chicken and got steak,ordered no tomatoes got tomatoes. Then when we called the manager (a female with the name starting with a "J")on duty called my boyfriend a liar so he got upset and the manager hung up on him. I called back and asked for the managers name and the guy who answered said that they could not give out managers name over the phone. Apparently no one has had management training because the #1 rule is the customer is always right. You are there to make youre customers Happy so they return. After all they pay youre wages.. Im not impressed by the way any of this was delt with and will be calling the corporate office but just the GM.

Deplorable even by Taco Bell standards. Dont be like me. I read the reviews, laughed and said, "yeah thats what Id expect from Taco Bell reviews." HEED MY WARNING. this is literally the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Ordered four items and literally every item was wrong. Attempted to have a a hard taco ordered with no lettuce remade because it came with lettuce; literally gave me a half filled taco. It was laughably bad. It is surreal how bad this place is. -1832/5 stars. No telling what goes on with your food there.

This is my favorite taco bell in the area, the food is always made correctly. I havent gotten food that felt like it was sitting under a lamp for an hour from them. Everything tastes freshly made. The staff, at least the night staff cause its the only Time I go, is really friendly. If there was a problem with my order, they dont act like some fast food restaurants, they genuinely care about fixing what was wrong. No eye rolls or attitude.

they usually have ppl who look like they are on crack to wait on you. they usually get your order right, but will fail to place things in your bag so they can take it home and eat it. the tables are never really clean, i had to clean off a table to eat in. so i never went back. the drive thru sucks even worse. now i go outta my way for another taco bell.

Ordering Taco Bell online is the only way to go when I go through the drive-thru they screw up my order for just two of us nine out of 10 times and that is not exaggerating but I just started using their online ordering and everything was exactly as we asked for

This is the second time in as many months that Ive had a problem with this location. The crunchwrap supreme I ordered was only half closed leaving the lettuce and sour cream to get cooked. I will not be spending my money here again.

Theyre food was cold and hard it looked like someone had spit in it. I took the food bak...and the girl of the name lauyrn, that worked there .. had smartass mouf!!!! DO NOT EAT THEIR , employees are disrespectful n hav nasty food.

Took 25 minutes to complete a simple order. Got the order wrong and then tried to argue with me about it. Completely unprofessional and disgustingly unsanitary. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you enjoy wasting your time and possibly life.
