DO YOU WANT FLIES WITH THAT??? Pros: Excellent customer service, great tasting fast food for the price; doesnt taste like the grease ball their competition sells. Con: this is an issue that has been going on since at least 2009: the flies. At least 5 or 6 rummaging around your food. Its scary to get up and look for napkins or straws. I dont see any device to attract and zap them in the customer areas, entries nor kitchen areas. At 8 years interval, this issue is a joke. Their competition in this area have the same issue and for just as long, but one would expect a higher standard from this food chain. FOR GODS SAKE DO SOMETHING EFFECTIVE ABOUT THIS!

Wow, service is top notch! I came here about 6:30pm on a Thursday. I was headed to the softball/baseball complex across the street. There was several games going on and it was also part of rush hour. This chick fil a was packed! I couldnt believe how fast they were getting customers in and out the lobby and the drive thru! Also, they were Uber courteous with beautiful smiles. I got a fairly large order in a jiffy and because it was multiple bags/drink holders one of the staff team said, "I am going to walk you to your car with these." Like I didnt have a choice! You can tell this crew loves what they do and have fun doing it!

The quality/taste of the food is definitely worse than other locations. The employees are super nice, just like any Chick fil a you go to. I have gotten the wrong order a couple times at this location in the past 6 months. I have noticed the last couple times I have gone, I get a large fry with about the same amount as I would get in a medium. Overall nothing terrible, but the little things add up. I always try to go to other locations if it is convenient.

Very convenient for a quick cup of coffee... except after 9:00 AM when they quit making coffee and start making customers wait. Very good food, except when they give you the wrong order. Very good service except that there is always a line and the people inside seem to get panicky about everything and they perform poorly. One of these days I will learn to curb my hunger and thirst until I make it to the Chik-Fil-A on 54...

Usually I go to the other chick fil a places in ptc and I am happy. This chick fil a under performs for me. The salads always have too much water on them from washing so the dressing is watered down. The chicken strips are so small. They are about half the size then they are in any other chick fil a I have ever been. Very disappointing

Slowest people in the "fast food" industry and when i say slow i mean mentally these cone systems are no systems at all if you want to run over a cone?!...cool your first in line and the handicap fellow takes your order right away! Go around the cones you could be there for awhile....do yourself a favor and not go to this location!

This particular location is very good. The people are very friendly and the service is fast and spot on, the food is alway fresh and fries are always piping hot, wich is extremely important to me. You want to get a quick meal that is freshly prepared check this Chick- fil-A location out you wont be disappointed.

Worst CFA I have ever been to. Other than the nice Spanish lady almost the entire morning crew are very rude. The food is good but somehow it is not nearly as good as every other CFA. About once in every 5 times my kids drag me there is everything fine with no problems.

I eat at a Chick fil A at least 3 times a week. I opened my breakfast this morning from this particular chick fil a to find a bread tie in my sandwich and it looked as if someone had smashed it flat. Very disappointed.

When I went there and saw the cones blocking the handicap parking ! It came to mind that handicap people arent welcome so I left ! So if there not welcome there neither am I.

Bring my kids here twice a week. This will probably be my last time. The flies are a huge problem. Everything else is great just tired of knocking flies off my food and my legs.
