This place has the most unprofessional employees. I ordered food the other night, they said it will be a few mins on my chicken sandwich which was fine just to make sure the fries were fresh after 10 mins of waiting my fries were cold and then the guy just reheated them and gave them to me. Gross. . I ordered the bacon Cheddar and the idiots didnt even put Cheddar or bacon on it. I tried calling to complain the store wouldnt answer. I called twice. Very unprofessional and just terrible food.

I was in this store 2 days ago after promising myself I would never go to this store again, and again, VERY disappointed, again! Service is terrible, they dont listen well when your placing your order, food quality was absolutely terrible. This store needs MUCH IMPROVING . Many better restaurants in Eaton!

Ate here since it has opened. I warn you now, if you go through the drive through, you better check your food. Its about a 95% guarentee they messed up your order. A&W/KFC is right across the street, I recommend going there over this place.

Bought two of the new chicken sandwiches got them home, was the worst looking thing I have ever seen. Was nothing like they show in there commercials. Burnt tough awful. Will never stop there again!!!
