My husband, my 19 month old son and I came to this location on Sunday August 16 about 20 minutes after they opened. We entered to about three people behind the counter and a few other employees sitting at a table. We were the only patrons there. We were told to have a seat. We grabbed a table, but it was dirty so we went to another. We were never again spoken to. We didnt get the highchair we needed. No one came to our table at all. We finally left 15 minutes or so later. Terrible service, we will not return or refer to a friend. We will tell them to go down the street to the Winton Rd. location where we ended up and had an awesome experience!

Skyline Chili is legendary, and a staple of this town. For the record, I love it. And I really want to love this particular location, but I have had two experiences now that really break the winning streak, and both of my accounts are related to the service - When I go to Skyline in any other location, the servers are amazing and friendly. Here, this is not the case. My orders have been incorrect, and my server was reluctant to approach me. It was a little awkward and off-putting. However, I give it one star higher because the drive-thru is flawless, and I havent had a problem with it. Just be warned when you dine in at this location.

This place is nasty dirty food on floor why is this place still open ? Bad service we left before are drinks got to us. Never will come back dont waste your money. Peaple in there seem to not care (young attitude). Bathroom dirty nasty.I have been to all skylines I love the chili but I will not come back here. The only reason it saids one star because i cant give it a - star. This place sucked.

Food was good however, the wait staff seems a little out of hand and spacey. They took our order and delivered in a timely manner. The waitresses when told to bust tables got lippy. Not something that makes a customer fell comfortable to be around. Loudly discussing personal matters while on the clock and next to the table isnt very couth.

The first time I went to this Skyline, I honestly had no idea what to expect in terms of waiting. I pulled out my phone, assuming that being served would have to wait a few minutes. Nope! My dad and I were greeted by a polite waitress who brought our food to the table hastily and without error. Great service!

This has got to be one of the best run Skylines in the Cincinnati area. The chili is usually perfect, practically no wait when dining inside, and if you are a mountain dew fan theirs is perfect and not watered down! I have been eating at this location for lunch a few times a month for 6 years.

Would have been nice to know the hours changed to 10-10 on the week days up date your stuff skyline, besides this skyline is full of rude people, they cant get a order correct to save their lives. I normally love skyline and arent picky but i have been going to this one for the past 2 weeks.

Always good efficient service. Good food, like there Blt-n-chicken wrap and Funnel-fries (desert, like a Fairgrounds or Coney Island fried waffle with powdered sugar).
