This gets one star because I cant give it zero stars. Seriously, service is that awful. Drive-thru wait time is usually fifteen or twenty minutes *before* getting your order taken (and another fifteen minutes after, waiting on food), and you can forget about getting what you ordered. I always check my bag before leaving the parking lot because I usually have to go back through to get the rest of my order. This taco bell regularly has technical issues and severely impact service. Their receipt printers are "down" *constantly,* preventing them from providing me with a receipt. Last night was the worst service Ive ever had, though! Three friends and I stopped by at about eleven PM on 03/09/17. They had a line of eight cars at the drive-thru, four of whom were waiting to give their orders at the speaker. Other cars ahead of me drove through, and I saw a couple of orders taken. I was finally able to get to the speaker. We waited five minutes after the car ahead of me left the parking lot, and then I drove up to the window since nobody was going to talk at the speaker. The girl at the counter told me that their headsets all had dead batteries (lolwhat) and that their computers were down so they couldnt take orders. SO POST SOMEONE OUTSIDE TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS, OR PUT UP A SIGN. I waited in line a total of half an hour (we finally left the drive-thru at 11:37 PM) before finding out that they couldnt even serve me last night, and that they had no plans to let their other customers in the drive-thru know about the issues. This was absolutely ridiculous. Due to repeated abysmal service on top of last nights incident, I will not be returning to this location. You can bet well all be letting our friends know, too.

The man taking order over drive through is worst i have ever seen. I went ther on 2/12/2017. I went ther around 10:10 pm. The worst place i Have ever ate. The guy was flirting with the girl in curly hairs looks like she had some colors in her hair green and pink color. Firstly he forgot to give me my chalupa so i had to wait for 15 mins to get my 2 chalupa. I order veggie chalupa with beans instead of meat he gave my with meat. Looks like he was trying to impress the white girl. They were upto something in. They were playing something both of them. I think you guys will understand what i am tryibg to say. I really want manager or the entire franchise to they should really take some actions against the employees working at that time

Order accuracy at this location is pitiful. It feels as though they mess up your order on purpose. They always offer to replace the order as long as you have the receipt which might help if they actually gave you a receipt. The staff is unhelpful. No one here cares about their job nor the food they are presenting to customers. Still getting incorrect orders. Ive spoken to all the managers and even the district manager. No one cares about order accuracy here. Ordering no onions gets you extra onions. I am now CONVINCED this is done on purpose

This is by far the worst Taco Bell location in Cincinnati! Have you ever been denied a refund for cold food before? (I have trust issues lol) I gave them their food back and they tried to tell me I couldnt have my money back because the general manager wasnt there!?!? I did get my money back but only because I refused to leave the drive thru. This place needs an overhaul on staff and management! Ive never had a worse customer service experience. I wish I could give them zero stars cause they dont deserve one at all.

Everyone probably knows the food here. But the staff was so rude. The manager was sitting in the loby watching something or playing on her phone. My brother and I waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes, finally I yelled "hello" and a yoing lady looked around from the back and said she would be with us in a minute and continues her conversation with the guy. Then walked really slow to us, was acting mad cause she had to help us. Took 10 minutes aftet ordering for us to get our food. Bad bad experience.

Waited at counter for 5min before I was helped. With no other customers in the line or dinning room. All while the employees danced singed and sat in the back office chit chatting. During which they looked at me plenty of times. Then when I was helped it took ten minutes to make my very small order. Forgot to give me my cups for the drinks. And didnt even make the order properly. Drive thru had 2 cars In it as well. Will drive further to go to a different one and wont be getting food here again.

Always dirty.. Always teenagers standing around the counter talking to workers. Never see a manager around. Today they were out of forks, mild sauce and pop machine is always out so have to ask for it to be changed last 2 times we came in. Workers were standing around the counter complaining about their schedules not to mention worker in not proper uniform standing on the line. Where is the manager? Wont be back again.

Get your burritos steamed and it will melt all the cheese. So freaking good, it will change your opinion of the bell forever. As far as this location, I just paid less for items I always order and usually pay $0.50 more. Best bean burrito with extra cheese, steamed the right way, UNWRAPPED. This lunch crew gets it and do a great job. So glad I found this location when I visit the area, definitely will be back.

I dont have any complaint about food or food quality because common taco Bell is always hit or miss, the reason why Im giving two stars is because while ordering at drive through in the evenings they are usually up to something. First things your order wont show up on the drive through screen including your total, 2nd they wont give you your receipt. It has happened couple of times.

Food was good. Staff friendly but the drive through line is extremely slow. If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go. Order was correct so I rated them higher. Food and staff were a 4. Drive time through is a 1 or 2 max. Persisted problem here even with different staff. Not sure what the issue is. Have improved greatly in order accuracy from a few months ago.

Slow and lacking customer service the girl at the counter took and Order walked away from the counter for at least five minutes and then walked back and said oh yeah I can help you I will never come back to this one again man and youre just standing behind the counter looking at me didnt acknowledge that she walked away

Drive-thru person cant even understand him the burrito I got barely had any chicken in it and Im pretty sure when you get a number 14 youre supposed to have a crunch taco in a hurry couldnt go back and I didnt even get a napkin or receipt two thumbs down

This is the most disgusting taco bell in Cincinnati. Rude employees! This place needs to be closed down! Food tastes like its been used to mop the floors with. I ate a few of their soft tacos and it instantly gave me a stomach ache!
