All of the salt in all of the shakers is wet and clumps together. When you tell the staff and even the manager they all shout the same rehersed answer. ....its because of the humidity. Which is bullshit because they keep it as cold in a meat locker in here and there is ZERO humidity! The French fries are BAKED instead of fried which makes them rubbery and inedible. The pot roast look and texture is like that of a bunch of ingredients they threw together in an oven for about 30 minutes because the carrots and onions were damn near RAW! In fact the meat in the pot roast was old and dried up as though it had been reheated multiple times. This meal did not leave me satisfied but instead actually sick to my stomach. Bob Evans sure isnt what it used to be. DO NOT take your family here or even just yourself. The quality is a joke and the staff are habitual liars.

Went in on busy Black Friday, asked to speak with the manager. Cassie, the manager was WONDERFUL! Asked if she could accommodate food allergies in her kitchen and without hesitation Cassie said "YES" . She even said to make sure our waitress knew to bring our special order to her so Cassie could make sure all the necessary kitchen prep was made to avoid any cross contamination! Thanks a million Cassie for making our breakfast experience EXCELLENT, even during your busy hours on a busy holiday weekend! We WILL definitely come back! Kudos to Bob Evans staff!

At first, i wasnt really expecting much from a Bob Evans. The second I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly face. We were sat at a table even though I saw like 3 boothd open. Then the waitress proceeds to take our order. Took bout 7 min tops to just get the lemon water. So we wait more. And not much longer we finna ordering our food and we waited quite a long time for it she never checked on us. Then we waited for a long time before she even came to give us out. Check but i do not blame the whole place due to one bad experience.

I jus was there ling enuf to pick up my to go order but the young girl who helped me lied to me, then got an attitude, & then proceeded to get her manager, who had an even bigger attitude than the young girl. Best part.... I wasnt even making a complaint until now. I can only imagine how those circumstances play out. This restaurant has always been 1 of my favorite places to eat in my 40 yrs, but I will NEVER return to this specific location. No wonder all of the customer service staffs r rude. Look who their bosses are. PATHETIC.

I was told I had a seat ready for my party. Instead another worker told me I had a 25 min wait. The gentleman before told us to sit in our spot but the other guy said we still had to wait. Needless to say with all the confusion we left. Very disappointing since I had the craving for Bob Evans the first time in months. If you want Bob Evans think again when coming to this location.

Subpar service, food was decent. Lots of young girls working and the one who served us wasnt very personable, seemed very stuck in her routine. The servers laugh and joke with one another a lot though, fuss about breaks, etc. I like to see young people working these jobs but think they need better training on customer service cues.

Ive been coming here with my Grandpa every Sunday morning for years. The service is wonderful as the waitresses and waiters are always top notch. The food is rarely bad, and the wait time isnt terrible. Highly recommend!

To be honest Ive had mixed service here, but truly the staff is friendly and will do what they can to get you what you want. As with any restaurant the nicer you are to them, the nicer they are to you.

Good food! Make sure to check your bill. We drank water & the waiter added a fancy coffee on our bill, $3:00. Lucky we caught it. He said it was the registers fault, ha imagine that.

Really good food. Good friendly service too. Bob Evans is similar to Cracker Barrel with better food. It doesnt have the amount of items for sale that Cracker Barrel has though.
