As much as I love "Mexican" food and as much as my kids love tacos, we do eat here quite often but no matter if were dining in or driving through, our order is always wrong. Were either missing items, have items we didnt order or things we ordered are made wrong. Service is pretty good and somewhat friendly about fixing the mistakes but it does get annoying that every time you go through the drive through, you have to pull over and check the bag because you know something in it is wrong. I appreciate the "fast service" but maybe slow down just a bit to make sure youre getting things right.

Well first when we pulled up 3 workers were standing outside(all guys) dont know what they were doing but they were on the clock. They came in after us and went behind the counter. There was one girl in there only one working!!! Anyway we ordered went to find a seat now there was no one in there but yet all the tables were dirty!! One table had a painting that had fallen off the wall onto the table and seat I had to wipe off out table before we could eat!! Now the food was way under taco Bell standards!! This how place just sucked!!!

More than 18 minutes ago I placed my order in the drive through. Im still waiting to get my food. What could possibly take this long??? Waffle house next door would be way faster and thats not even fast food. Yes Im still waiting. Theres not even anyone at the window... Edit: eventually took 24 minutes, 6 of which I was waiting at the window with no one there.

25 minutes and Im finally up to the window to pay.... pulled in the line at 7:55pm, at the first window at 8:20... slowest service and not even an apology for the wait when I arrived to pay. 2 cars ahead of me are still waiting for their food so we may have our food by 8:30 if we are lucky. 35 minutes later and the ENTIRE order was wrong!!!!!!! Pathetic

Worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Waited 5 minutes to get my food after ordering (no line). The girl at the window practically threw the bag at me. I had to go around again to get the drink they forgot because waiting at the window and honking didnt work. After all of that, my food was cold and my drink tasted funny.

I agree with the taco making problem. I just got a burrito supreme in the drive through and it had a tiny bit of sour cream in the last bite, the rest of it was all meat and sauce and lettuce. The taco supreme I got looked like it had been run over. This place needs a makeover. Chef Ramsey would be my recommendation.

DAYTIME ONLY!!! At night, my rating is minus stars. Day shift is clean, friendly, fast and the food is well made. Night crew is dirty, messes up every order Ive ever gotten and is always "out". Bunch of kids run by a bunch of kids at night. Daytime, excellent, go. Night? Find someplace else.

Terrible taco makers, sour cream is always in one glob in one end. They only apply the length when specifically asked to. Our order was totally messed up, but after calling their 800 # they made it up with comp.order next time.
