The taste of the pizza when its done the way its supposed to be is great. However, Ive had numerous problems with this location being able to get a web order correct. Its a web order, so maybe its the corporate website, maybe its the local people. At my last house no problem, so Im guessing its local. Ive ordered 5-6 times in 2 years, and 3 times its been wrong. The last time was the worst. I asked for extra sauce and 7 toppings, I got almost NO sauce, 4 toppings 3 of which were wrong. Still, I dont like to trash anyone on the web since its forever, but it didnt end here. I was upset enough to call and they said "next time you order just call the store instead of ordering online and when you give us your phone number well know we owe you a pizza and exactly what toppings it should have". I didnt feel like ordering from them for quite a while, but when I finally did, I got this: "Well youre not in our system, but we can give you a discount on a pizza". What a load. Dont promise something you dont plan to deliver (literally). I like Donatos pizza but I will NEVER eat one again. There are far too many other choices out there to put up with poor service backed up with lies.

I called and placed an order for delivery, I specifically told the lady over the phone that I was not at my home, which they have for my current Address. Instead I was at my work. WHICH I CLARIFIED!! Of coarse they delivered it to my house, where my roommate answered. So instead of driving to the place where both he and I told them to go, they decided not to deliver it, then not inform me that they werent. So I waited for an hour from the time my roommate called me telling me theyre coming to my location, to call and find out that they werent delivering it at all. On top of that the lady I spoke with was unpleasant when it came to informing me about it. This is not the first time they messed up on the phone with me either, one time they gave me the wrong price over the phone so I didnt bring the right amount, and not to mention everytime Ive dealt with the manager he has been rude, or unpleasant to deal with. I am very displeased with this location and will never eat or order from this location again.

Ordered food at 6:45 told us it would be ready at 7:30 no problem. Got a call at 7:20 and the driver explained he was sorry he forgot our breadsticks. Understandable. He got to our house at 7:50 and he told us the food was remade and it would be free so i gave him a 10 dollar tip because our food was free and it is understandable that mistakes are made i just hope donatos does not punish this guy he was great!

Would not recommend. Wish I could do 0 stars! This location burnt my pizza to a crisp and stated they would give me a credit for another and did not honor that credit! The manager was very unprofessional and rude. They have lost 2 customers today for sure.

Pricey for pizza. Staff doesnt care. Pizza is nothing special. They burned my cinnamon bread and were clearly annoyed when I called them on it and asked for another order. Why 2 stars? The next order of cinnamon bread was really good.

From the photos on the walls, to the food itself, the best in nostalgia. Great pizza, homemade pasta sauce, the salad covered with a mountain of cheese. Yumm x2

Not as good as Donatos in Columbus - but its OK. Like other reviewers commented, it does seem that this location has a problem with processing on-line orders.
