FOOD IS THE ONLY REASON IT EVEN GOT 3 STARS. The service was so bad. They got every persons order wrong in my party adding items onto the burger and other foods that nobody asked for and when it came time to get our kids ice cream it took them 15 mins to bring out the ice cream and when we got it, it was MELTED I made her remake them and she made the wrong ice creams and we made her make it again she finally got one order right and we promptly left. Sonic is usealy good and this one used to be good but it has gone down hill.

Decided to go and see the dining area today, while the inside is beautiful, the service and food was terrible. We noticed none of the workers were wearing gloves, we even witnessed a guy wipe his nose with his hands , then grab an ice cream cone with that same hand and continue his job. The lady waiting on us did nothing but socialize with her friends that were sitting near us and she was constantly on her phone. Down right rude and disgusting food.

This sonic location has terrible drive thru service. Often times the order is correct on the reciept but not to the specifications when you actually receive the food. Always a long wait time and its very expensive even for the smallest portions. My shildren love the popcorn chicken, however on our last visit I paid more than 5 dollars for a large and the container barely had anything in it at all, maybe 6 pieces at the most.

Today was the 2nd time we went to this Sonic and we wont be doing it again. We only ordered (both times) shakes and both times we were asked to pull up and wait. We needed up waiting for over 15 mins. The 1st time they got one of the shakes wrong. This time my t year old ended up with a broken cup. Fool me once ...

Food is mostly good, I usually like this chain but not this branch. Staff is always slow, something is wrong with our order EVERY time, they are always backed up on orders, they are always out of something, and no matter how many times you tell them they always forget marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks.

I am sitting in your drive thru right now and we can hear your employees talking about us. She double checked our order and it was incorrect. So we let her know, nicely as we know how much customers can suck. Also thanks for pulling the whip cream off when we asked multiple times for no whip cream.

I lived in Bowling Green and they have several Sonics and each one has friendly and fast service plus the food was always prepared well. The Georgetown Sonic has been the most disappointing restaurant I ever been to. Slow service. Wrong order. Terrible tasting drinks. Pass this Sonic at all cost.

Always get order wrong. Cannot comprehend removing items from sandwich. Never add enough to their Sonic Blast. Mostly ice cream. Teenagers making food and providing customer service is piss poor. Never will return.

They have added indoor seating to this location. They have a tv to. Watch also. Thats a plus for me. Its nice when on lunch break to be able sit down an relax while eating.
