Hi just wanted to say I received my order from east of chicago branch STOW ohio... I ordered 20 pc reg wing HOT and loaded Chicago fries. My wings were cold to the touch but also burnt somehow, not sure how that managed to happen?? Also I ordered extra bacon and mozzarella for the extra $1.50 per topping and it maybe had a half serving of bacon with no cheese at all. VERY disappointed in this service, which is the first Ive ever had. Will never order from that branch store again, hopefully the other local branch puts more effort into their cooking.

The owner refused to refund my money.... What I ordered and what I received were completely different....it looked like a red mud puddle.....very inept owner and rude.....will NEVER waste my time or money there again!! The only reason they are getting 1 star is because this site wont let me leave 0!! Mark....who is the owner is a coward!
