I feel like the owners of this place did not plan out their business very well. Great location and nice interior but it is lacking in customer service and their employees look very lazy. This is usually indicative of leadership. We have received our food incorrectly, late, and under-cooked before. Once I went into this place 5 mins after they opened and the floors and tables were a mess. There was trash and food bits everywhere. The employee was taking his sweet time to clean it while one of the owners was making a personal sandwich. They seem to use this place as a hobby rather than a business. I wont expect it to last much longer like this. Other businesses in this same location did not fare well either. Update 8/8/17. I have stopped going here completely.

I got the cheesesteak sandwich. Too much bread compared to amount of meat, but it was tasty. The staff needs more training for sure. When I ordered, there was one order ahead of mine (for a pizza). It took the sandwich maker a solid 5 minutes to start my sandwich and he wasnt the one making the one pizza before mine. The 5 or 6 employees were congregated in the back, talking, laughing and eating pizza. Their manager (Im assuming due to collared shirt) was busting her butt making the orders, cleaning, etc. She asked for a containee of sauce and no one did anything to help her. I felt bad for her but she needs to manage her crew. My sandwich took almost 15 minutes.

Baby Bella could really use some help with their gluten free pizza crust. The toppings were great, but the crust was pretty terrible and obviously came prepackaged, not made by Baby Bella. I had high hopes for this place as I live just around the corner but frankly I make better gluten free pizza crust in my own kitchen. I would be willing to give it another chance if Baby Bella actually put some work into their gluten free crust, update me if you do! My husband loves their regular (not gluten free) pizza and comments nearly every week that its a shame I wont eat there.

The teenagers running this place have no idea what theyre doing. You would think if you put that much money into owning a business you would hire competent people. The paper plates made me feel like I was at a backyard bbq instead of dining at a restaurant. The pizza was brought out in a box which made me feel they wanted us to leave ASAP. As far as the pizza its a slight grade above Pizza Hut. I understand the convenience of Bartram Springs but I would skip this disaster.

Its nice to have a decent place to get fresh food without having to drive 15-20 minutes. I had a pizza with wings. The pizza wasnt the best Ive ever had but was really good. It didnt taste over garlicky or overly salty. The wings on the other hand were not good. They contained a lot of fat and the skin was very soggy with grease. Maybe they should turn the temp up on the fryer? Ill try them again and edit the review if anything changes.

Great staff, great prices, and even better food!!!! Went with friends and we all shared a chicken pesto, supreme and the margherita pizza. All delicious. Our favorite was the chicken pesto one!! Talked to the GM, Allison, and she is really sweet and is super helpful. If I could give the place more than 5 stars, I would. Recently moved the JAX area and it was the best pizza Ive had since moving here. Definitely will be back!!

The pizza is great but they have teenagers doing everything and they honestly have no idea what theyre doing. Weve had multiple problems with them getting orders wrong and having the attitude of it being your fault. The service is absolutely horrible which makes the delicious pizza not worth it. Today was definitely our last time ordering.

I have to say that we had a great experience here! We ordered the Otis supreme pizza with cheesy bread and it was delicious! We will definitely be a regular here! Also, its nice to have something that is close by and delicious! For being a newly opened pizza joint, you guys are doing a great job!

The dough is I would say in between "Pizza Hut and Papa Johns". I like the chew it gives, but the large is too small. It is over prized for what you get. And the dough/topping ratio is way off!!! I would only come back for the convenience since Im inside Bartram Springs.

They are careless about their service... I order a buffalo chicken pizza and I pick it up and when the guy heard me saying I order that instead of him saying sorry because he knew what he made he didnt even mention that the pizza I got was BBC pizza... shame :( shame

Chicken tenders are way over priced. I received 2 normal sized tenders and 3 half tenders for 9 dollars. No one is wearing a hair net or hat. People are opening doors and handling money then touching the food with no gloves or washing their hands

The Buffalo chicken pizza we got was really good, and the crust they have is very tasty and slightly on the chewy side. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they forgot to give us salad dressing and I didnt notice until getting home

Amazing! Love there personal pizza. Probably one of the best joints in Jacksonville. I guess you cant please everyone, shocked it only has a 3.5 star ratting. Been going since day one and Im a pizza snob. But this place is awesome!

Pizza is alright, I feel like it is way to over priced for what you get. Delivery takes 45 minuets to an hour inside of bartram springs which is a little disappointing.

Sub is very small. They need to change buns (like lg. Hot dog bun) Over priced chicken tenders $9. Should be $6.99 at the most. Work out these kinks & youll be good..
