I could not get zero stars so you get at least one. The staff here is just a joke, orders were made to order not hot-and-ready which is what we got. Took an hour to get order and the lady working the front counter was just completely lost. (DT anyone?) She was very unorganized and well, lost. Eventhough we were very fustrated about our order, it was a good laugh seeing this take place. This was my first and definitely my last visit here. Place was clean, there, one star.

As I sit and write this I am waiting for pizzas that I ordered over an hour ago. When I arrived 30 minutes ago they said they didnt receive my order. I still have 5 hrs to drive until I get home. There were at least 10 people waiting for their orders that had not been received or were not ready either. The employees just shrugged their shoulders and didnt even offer any sort of compensation or apology. This is completely unacceptable customer service.

This particular Little Caesars rarely has its act together. The broadly advertised "Hot and Ready" pizza is rarely ever actually ready at all. I have been to this establishment hundreds of times over the course of its existence. I am speaking from experience garnered over many years. The situation is unlikely to change.

Pizza pizza! Hot N Readys are usually ready immediately, the others youll have to wait. Small waiting area but friendly staff. Free cookies for kids.
