Got trapped behind another one of those people in line that starts with a dozen coupons for every item in their basket, then proceed to pull out more and more and more of them as you stand there watching all your frozen items melt and everyone behind you goes to the next lane, leaving you just stuck there unless you want to pick everything up off the belt and change lanes too. They have lines for people with 10 items or less. Why not one for these professional coupon people? We finally had had enough and walked out, leaving everything sit on the belt. They want to pander to these people instead of their paying customers, then let *them* clean up the mess. We will NOT be back again.

Placed an order for a chicken tender sub. When I show up 25 minutes later to pick it up they are out of chicken and it will be 30 minutes longer to make more... You would think 25 minutes would be enough advance notice to start cooking more. But apparently no-one thought to look at the togo order before it was due to be ready. Cancelled my order. If you dont know how to run a business, you dont get my business

I deal with this Publix many times on a weekly basis and I enjoy the personal touches that the associates and Management. I totally agree that Melissa (STORE MANAGER) and John (ASST MGR) have a great quality in management and customer satisfaction. All other Publix stores should emulate Town and Country Publix. They are leaders in their company !!!

The white old guy in the seafood dept is so rude!!! I called to place an order to have snowcrab legs steamed. Before I could finish my sentence he yells at me that everything was put away. I called an hour before they closed. Even so, he could have been nice about it. Jerk... (FYI, the black boy with the glasses at the seafood dept is super nice.)

This is My Publix! Its a community Publix. Customers and employees refer to one another by name and remember personal details. My daughter and I love love love Mr. Lee Hat! He always make our visits extra special with his warm disposition and kindness.
