First - great doughnuts. The place is always clean and the open window to the kitchen lets you view the doughnuts rolling off the line. If you come in during the right time of year (during the annual training camp season), you might even catch a Carolina Panther football player buying a doughnut! My only qualm is the occasional and infrequent unfriendly customer service ( it really doesnt necessitate a whole ⭐️downgrade but there isnt a half star option. Id recommend - even if you dont get a chippy server, the deep-fried, sugar-coated fair is definitely worth it!

Awesome donuts and coffee, fantastic location. This Krispy Kreme, situated practically in the center of downtown Spartanburg, is close to everything. As with any KK store, the donuts are absolutely delicious, especially when theyre fresh off the belt. The coffee drinks make a great pair to any donut. Decor is very bright and modern, with the entire cooking process visible to customers. No matter how busy the store gets, the workers are quick to cycle people through the line and get hot, fresh donuts in their hands.

I would give them 5 stars however, today the 80th anniversay was horrible. they did not fully explain the deal for the doughnuts and a young woman at the drive through named precious was very rude. her tone and additude did not have to be the way it was. I understand that they were busy all day since they opened but that doesnt mean you have to be rude. i have never got treated like that. going inside or going through the drive through until today.

Frickin rude! I went in there simply to get doughnuts with my sister after school and they wouldnt stop asking if were together in a sexual relationship . Why the heck would you ask and bother people about this when all we are here for is to get doughnuts? Then ignored our order for a drink. I paid for the doughnuts and got the hell out. Almost always a great store. Most of the staff Ive ever met are friendly. If you can ever get one of their plain donuts while they are hot, they melt in your mouth. Their cake donuts are usually moist and delicious. Their yeast donuts have no comparison. My favorite donut is the lemon filled, but the rest of my family likes their signature Kreme filled covered in chocolate.

Horrible Experience and customer service!!! We received a Krispy Kreme corporate coupon and went into the store today to use it before it expired and was not allowed to do so. When we requested to speak with management, the manager was completely rude and disrespectful and did not allow us to use the very coupon emailed via Krispy Kreme. Such a disappointing experience!

Fabulous staff on the third shift ,probably anytime, but I usually go through the drive thru for a late night snack. Excellent Customer Service and Fabulous doughnuts. Highly recommend this KK to anyone looking for fresh, delicious doughnuts and coffee at a decent price esp. when using KK coupons.

Far and away the BEST donuts Ive ever had! :) Bread was fresh, and very soft. And the glazed blueberry donuts were like Id died and gone to heaven. :) Also, its really cool to watch the donuts being made through the glass. I just wish we had more of these where I live.

Waiting in a line wrapped around the building...just to be told theyre out of chocolate glazed doighnuts... one of the most basic doughnuts there is... not sure why we werent told this when we ordered, instead of waiting until we were at the window to pick them up...

My favorite Krispy Kreme location! I live in Kings Mountain but prefer this location because of the variety they offer. Also, they prepare majority of the donuts right there in front of you and they are fresh and not heavy. Highly recommended!

Quick service and great doughnuts. My car pulls itself in when the hot and fresh light is on. Sometimes can be a bit slow but thats usually when its crowded. Very busy on special days or when the Spartanburg Auditorium has a show

There is nothing more delicious than a warm Krispy Kreme donut on a Sunday morning. Drive thru will keep the donut grease smell to a minimum. Chocolate topped Krispy Kreme filled are very good. Service is quick and friendly!

Known for their glazed donuts. Still a good variety. Most leaning towards a sugary glaze. Theyre branching out with iced coffee drinks. Its a nice new store. And you can see the donuts on the conveyer belt.

Nothing better than a fresh warm Krispy Kreme doughnut. Clean bright and comfortable seating. The staff when I visited was very friendly and made my visit very enjoyable. Oh and they serve great coffee too.

The doughnuts here are way better than the Greenville location for some reason. Even before the hot light comes on its packed with cars. When its like that, its better to go in; rather than do drive through.

Great in every sense of GREATNESS. I purchase on a regular basis for a group of seniors. WE ENJOY Those LITTLE DONUT HOLES AS IF WE HAD WHOLE DONUTS! NO INCREASE IN SUGAR LEVELS BY EATING JUST 1.

The staff acted like they did not want to be bothered. The same person that rang up my order asked another associate to bag up my donuts. I get better service going through the drive thru.

The daytime workers are pleasant but the nite time helpers are so slow. Starbucks is a lot better but charge to much. I use to love Krispy kreme but not so much now. 2 thumbs down

Drive thru is sooooo slow. I spent 10 min in the county building beside getting a car registered. I spent the same amount of time in the drive thru getting 2 donuts.
