Here on a Friday during lunch (1 pm). Table was barely wiped off, with plenty of old, dried up food/drink remnants left behind, along with a sprinkling of salt and crumbs all over the booth seat. The waitress, a 50-something, hair dyed a kind of burnt red that came down just above her shoulders, came to the table to ask what I wanted to drink, saw that I was brushing off the seat, so she disappeared for several minutes to allow me sufficient time to clean it myself...nice, huh? Her lazy butt also ignored refilling my empty water glass, even after refilling my mothers ice tea glass. I ordered the Pattie melt stack...not sure why they poke long toothpicks thru each half, as the toothpick in one half went in near the middle and out the side. Is taking an extra 3 seconds to do such a simple task the CORRECT way, really too much to ask of these employees? Some of these employees just do NOT care; but, seeing as there is an "Apply Today" sign in the window, I guess management does not have much of a choice.

We ordered the strawberry cream cheese crispers which were awesome. They were also the ONLY good thing about Perkins this morning. The service was painfully slow today. I ordered an omelette and hash browns with pancakes. My dining guest ordered the country fried steak and eggs with hash browns. Our orders came and I didnt receive any hash browns. When I asked for them, the waitress acknowledged it and went back to the kitchen and requested them. After waiting 17 minutes and having the hostess request the hash browns again from the kitchen, she brought them to the table. My omelette had cooled by then. I ate my pancakes while waiting. My guest felt bad for having their order while I waited for simple hash browns. We never got our drinks refilled even though we asked for them to be. Once the server dropped off our plates, we literally never saw her again. They werent super busy but obviously under staffed. Our bill never came to the table. It was a rough experience this morning.

Have your special events here! We had our sons wedding rehearsal dinner here in the more private room and THEY WERE WONDERFUL! From the beginning planning with Julie Chevalier, the general manager, to their handling the decorating with our decorations left with them, they could not have been more helpful. The server, Debra served us well and the manager, Julie, was amazingly helpful in every way possible. The pies baked for the wedding reception (and pre-cut - oh yes!!) were hit at the wedding the next day :). Thank you for helping when there is so many other details to attend to for a wedding!

Food was slow and either underdone or uncooked. In all the restaurants Ive ever been to, Perkins is horrible. We spent 2 hours here and watched as an entire family sat down, ate and left before we even got our food. Our omelettes had uncooked eggs and the French toast was just hard toatst. The biscuits were cold and the gravy was solid. Even after the manager had our orders recooked and rushed it still took 10 minutes. Dont go here.

The staff here have gone above and beyond when weve stopped in (whoop whoop) Weve had things made that are not on the menu to help my wifes pregnancy cravings.. Theyve been very awesome and polite.. This location is top notch compared to others.

This place runs hot and cold. We often have breakfast here and love it but something happens for Dinner and they run out of food or do not have enough help to serve customers properly. Redecorating does not solve all problems!

Currently sitting here waiting for food nearly one hour after arriving. Waited 10 minutes for a table, still waiting on our order. Server is nice but everything else is a disaster. Do not recommend.
