Had a bad experience, but it wasnt totally the employees fault. I overheard that at least one of them had been working way more hours than a human should, and everyone was noticably tired. We went late on a Friday night. It was pretty empty. Waited for water for about 10 minutes, another 15 for our food to be ordered, and I never got a single refill on my water. I was sucking in air every time a server walked by to try to get their attention. Food was okay. The only reason it got three stars instead of one is that some guy backed into our friends car and drove off, and the employees searched for the owner, told her about it, and offered the other guys receipt, and video all without us asking. It was very nice of them considering how clearly overworked they are. They easily could have "not seen anything" and hoped we didnt notice. Overall; nice employees, terrible management.

Priority over older customers entering after my group to be served. We waited an hour after ordering for food while we were the only table without a senior discount, and keeping a toddler calm while we were sat square in the middle of all of them instead of to the empty areas at either end. Did I mention they served me rotten lettuce in my salad, tried to hide it in the bottom, then tell me its probably part of the salad, and instead of apologizing the manager himself came over and said he had made it... And had thought it was pretty. Im 8 months pregnant, and allergic to mold. Unnaceptable service, food, and treatment... Unless youre older, apparently then you will be taken care of up to being sat 20 min after the younger crowd who also worked hard for our money, and deserves to be treated fairly.

My fiancé and I just had breakfast here and I was very upset with how we were treated. We are young, in our mid twenties and I honestly feel like maybe the server thought we wouldnt tip so she didnt want to bother with us. Well thats not how you GET tips. We treated her very respectfully and kindly and were still met with terrible service. She didnt refill our drinks the entire time we were there or even look at us or check on us, but she had the time to check on all the tables around us and with a much more peppy attitude than what she was serving us with. The food was good but I will not be going back here.

This place is disgusting. The menu is shamelessly deceiving and the breakfast is terrible. The photos of the food on the menu are totally different from real life. I ordered the Brioche French Toast platter which came with two French toast, eggs and bacon. The French toast had egg stuck to the bottom because they didnt mix the batter correctly and the syrup is runny and watery. The eggs were decent, except I had to add a lot of pepper and salt to be satisfied with them. The bacon was fine. Nothing special though. I will never return back to this place because of how deceiving and gross it is. Yuck. Good luck

Theres a pretty strong smell of mildew when you walk in the door. I got used to it after a few minutes, but it was definitely a turn off. My food was pretty dry & I would definitely NOT recommend ordering the sweet potato fries. The service was pretty good except my sister in law had something in her drink that we thought looked like rice & when we told the waitress she didnt say anything, just looked surprised & walked away. Other than that, the waitress was really nice & the manager was really nice & welcoming too.

Went to this restaurant today with my son for breakfast. We stood waiting for approximately 5 minutes and werent acknowledged by anyone despite the fact that there were employees walking around. After several other people came in, one employee finally acknowledged the group by saying someone would be right with us. After waiting several more minutes with no further interaction, we decided to leave. The service in this restaurant has declined over the last few years which is unfortunate.

One of the worst places to eat. You get ignored when you go in, they allow customers to bring dogs inside the restaurant, all of the servers are older and take forever to give you service because they spend too much time talking to other customers even though your baby is crying from being so hungry. When you do finally get service its with attitude, argumentative and eventually wrong so that you have to speak to the manager that tells you its your fault. Nightmare experiences, both times.

Poor service, mostly ignored at table, no drink refills waitress no where near table after initial drink order, 15 minutes before she came to get food order, food arrived 40 minutes later COLD. She gave me a soiled napkin said ,heres an extra napkin for you. ( it was a napkin she used to grab the edge of plate from kitchen, at least she flipped it over as she told me it was my extra napkin!) We didnt eat, got up payed ,complained left.

decent food, clean place but OMG you have to wait forever to get your food, I have gone there several times and at different times of the day and every time I have had to wait at least 20/25 min for my order. Today our party waited a good 15 minutes before the drink order was taken then another 30 minutes for our food, the place is a little busy and there are several empty tables.

We have been eating at Perkins for over 15 yrs and we love their changing menus and the quality of their food is excellent and their personnel are very nice and helpful. The one problem we have encountered is their email coupons stopped coming about 3months ago and no one seems to be able to correct the problem in Restaurant or on line.

Good food and fine service whenever weve been there, but there is really one thing that bugs me and not just at this restaurant either. When a group of ladies, whether it be two or three or whatever, walks in, how about saying, "Hi ladies", instead of, "Hi guys". Were not teens anymore, not guys and it just doesnt just go over very well.

Always a treat. Very friendly staff and never have had a bad meal there. My wife and I go there for breakfast on weekends too. Our favorite? The Everything Omlet and pancakes with strawberries. Yummy. Thanks Perkins for giving us our moneys worth.

Walked in was never greeted. After a few minutes I asked if we seat ourselves the lady said no Ill seat you all rude. So we waited another 5 minutes and left. Theres no way we should wait that long and they werent busy. 9:50am 4-6-17

Was super busy, and they kept up great! Found was great. Missing a star only because of the temperature in there. It was so cold, and everyone was uncomfortable. So bring a jacket!! Enjoy the food and service!

Every time I come here the food is hot and fresh, the drinks are refreshing, and the staff is always so friendly. I come here 2-3 times a week and I have an amazing experience every time.
