The employees were wonderful but the general management at the store is absolutely atrocious! Are young man went out of his way to help me and right afterword I heard him being yelled at by his manager for stepping away from his area to provide me with good customer service! And the language this manager used was absolutely foul I will never return to this Publix again! And I might give them a second chance if this hadnt been the first time Publix really needs to step up their game this is not what I expect from their stores and their management!

I used to shop here at least once a week but I will never return . I have no idea what happened to the management at the store but I have never seen employees treated so badly nor have I been so ignored by people who are supposed to be in charge of customer service! I wish I could give them a lower rating! I feel bad for whoever is forced to work in this poor store!

On my way into Publix, a senior citizen was using a walker and I asked if she would like a electric cart. All 3 carts was charging so I unplugged 1 but couldnt get it to work. Seen a manager named Lee and asked him to help the lady. What a bad attitude he has.

My experience was good, but I often wondered why the price isnt dropped on organic bananas(.99) or other fruit when it is overripe. It gives organic buyers some relief on high price organics and shows some concern for health-minded individuals.

This is the WORST deli ever, every single time we come here to get subs the workers look angry, the deli is a mess, chicken is over cooked and bread is hard. We will never come here for subs ever again and I recommend everyone else do the same.
