I eat at this one and the one on 6th St. all the time. I always call in my order and it is usually done by the time I get there. The Barnett location has a more extensive menu. I go there when I want the Sushi Bento. Yum. At the other location I usually order the terriaki chicken or beef. Both are awesome. Everyone is always friendly. Especially my favorate waitress Gina. She will always greet you by name and make you feel like you are a VIP. I guess there is another location in Ashland but I have not been to that one. A friend of mine says he likes that one best. Ill have to try it someday but for now Im happy with the two Medford locations.

This is one of those places that is the perfect price point. The quality is consistently good, but not great. The service is a little funny at times, but its not a big deal because the prices are on point. I enjoy going for the sushi lunch specials as well as the dinner happy hour (between 3 and 6pm). During happy hour you get rolls at an extremely discounted price AND saki for $2. Cant beat that.

terrible customer service. They forgot soy sauce...they would never forget at restaurant table but this was take out at a local business and JUST returning on their mistake was even more painful. I had to go back and they offered only an extra cup of soy sauce??? Lost my business.

Bonsai is one of my favourite places to go to. Whether it be lunch or dinner, it is the perfect meal. The service is quick and there is even seating outside for when the weather is warmer. Additionally, you can order out which is very convenient.

Their crunchy garlic rolls are amazing! Deep-fried garlic cloves in a sushi roll, so good. Plus, their happy hour menu has great prices and a good selection. My favorite sushi restaurant around.
