After trying again and again at this location to try and give it the benefit of a doubt, I am sorry to say that we will not be returning to this location until the quality of food is addressed, as well as the maintenance of the drive-in screens, AND the workers attempt to deliver correct orders. Every time my family has eaten here, we have always had either one or several of these issues. I cannot even begin to count how many times we have received an incorrect and/or inadequate meal from this location, which is extremely frustrating because this location used to be good and the food that was delivered was of good quality. Coming from someone who loves Sonic, I am greatly depressed by the overall quality of this particular Sonic establishment. Until the quality of the food, the care of following and giving the correct orders, and overall maintenance of this location is addressed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband and I went to Sonic to eat, after seeing the dining area I decided not to eat. The place was so dirty. My husband still got food. He said it was just OK, but nothing special. While we were there all the tables were empty but all had visible food still left on them, someone came out to clear the garbage but did not wipe any of the tables. All 4 garbage cans were over flowing and I could see at least 4 staff standing around in the back area just talking to each other. We will not return.

Food and service are subpar. The hotdogs have no taste and look unappetizing. The service was horrible. The fries were cold and soggy. Staff did not make us feel welcome. Several staff members walked (rolled) right past us as we were standing at the counter to order. No one acknowledged us. It took several minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order. Will not be eating at Sonic again. Not worth the time or money.

They usually get our order wrong, and sometimes their iced tea is old. And even if you order a huge drink and sit there in the stall drinking it, you dont get your free refill because you didnt sit inside to drink it (even though you didnt leave). The staff are kind of rude sometimes, too. But the food is inexpensive and they are open early and kind of late. Plus, they have happy hour, which is great.

Sonic is new to Fargo and I have never been to one before. I work in the food industry and was not impressed with the comment of the person taking my order saying "Wow!" After I said I wanted 2 family size chili cheese tots.. had I known you teach your employees to judge your customers I would have taken my business elsewhere. Also I received no cutlery with my order.

Have had no problems with sonic the several times Ive been. We are from Fergus Falls and stop on our way home from shopping. Service takes a while, but food is fresh and tastes amazing. Love all the toppings on the burgers and my daughter (12) said the hot dogs are "sooooooo good". So glad they have a sonic around here!! Keep up the good work!

Went there for lunch at 11am, the burger and fries were cold. The burgers were extremely messy, too much toppings on the burger, you literally would need to wear a bib. Employees do not smile, but they are friendly. Dont think Ill be stopping by again.

Unwhelmed with food. Tots were bright spot. No refills on pop unless the route 44... lessens the value of their meals overall I think. Their brand is what is probably keeping them busy. Definitely not the staffs smiling faces or quick service.

Always gets my order wrong. Three times. I hate going here to get anything. I definitely do not have time for them to get my order wrong then I have to go in to have them fix it. If you dont go in they get something else wrong on the order.

Super long wait every single time we have attempted to go here. The last two times we tried to order we ended up leaving because the order taker told us to order then said please hold on and never returned to finish taking our order.

This is the worst experience I have ever had from a sonic. Really waited 15 minutes just to get my order taken with no wait in front of me. Then took thirty minutes just to get my food. I love Sonics but this was the worst .

Food good, service not so much Its sonic, the food is good but theyre either under staffed or poorly scheduled. My dad and I had to ask someone to take our order and the lady behind us waited over 10 minutes for an iced tea

I have yet to go and have a decent meal. Last hot dog was in a bun that was soggy on one side and hard as a rock on the other; pop cup full of ice with no pop. At least the tater tots were good.

Good food @ a good price. Certain times of the year, they have special features...Right now 1/2 price shakes after 8 pm. We rarely go a week without taking them up on this deal/steal!

Great ice cream. Great frozen treats. The entrees kind of suck. Tots and fries kind of suck. Service is fantastic. I would just come for the treats, but get supper elsewhere.
