I purchased breakfastcsausages from the meat case and American cheese from the deli. Employees at both, bounced large packages of meat on the scales. The meat counter guy remarked on of the scales was broken. Gee I wonder why...? Had to ask the girl at the deli to change her glov as agree she was patting a coworkers back and hair with her hands as she walked to the slicer with the bulk cheese package. Everything else was normal. 4.5 out of 5 because of the young b.s. peoples foolishness.

Please upgrade your bottle return. You need double the amount of machines and a dedicated person to keep them running, and things cleaned up. This is located right up front in the entrance to the store, machines are often full or broke. The place is filthy. Kroger bought the old hillers building across the street and wont allow competition to move in. If they are going to monopolize the area, step up the service.

Was waiting at the deli counter. Server ignored me, started waiting on another customer. When I said something, another server waited on the other people. Server didnt want to wait on me. I walked away, thinking I certainly dont want/ need to buy anything from the deli. Cut my shopping short, purchased my few items & left. Although this Kroger is conveniently located, I doubt I will return to the store.

The store is actually great, with lots of organic food choices, regular brand name choices and off brands for savings. It has a great produce, deli and meat department. Its a clean, safe and modern store with kind staff and really every departments good. I only gave it 3 stars because they usually are understaffed at the check out. Plan on 10 minutes in the check out line and big clouds while shopping.

Amber and Heather in the floral department are simply amazing!!! They have done our flowers for my sisters baby show, our my wedding show, and our wedding. Every time the flowers have turned out wonderfully, and have lasted for at least two weeks! Its obvious they take great care in what they do, and it makes them happy to make customers happy. Keep up the great work!

Its a nice looking Kroger but the produce selection sucks. If you come on a Saturday the place looks like a mob went to town on it. Barely any squashes, sold out of everything, rude people shopping here. Looks like Im going back to fresh thyme. Also La Croix water is a huge rip off here. 8 cans to a pack for 4.19. It is 4.50 for a 12 pack everywhere else.

They bought Hillers, closed the Kroger at Pontiac Trail and Haggerty and supposedly are the largest Kroger in the area? The aisles are sooo small, they are always out of stock on stuff I buy, the customers are rude and pushy and the parking lot was designed by an idiot. Hate this store. Glad I can go up to the White Lake store instead.

Love this Kroger! Has it all and very clean and organized. Fuel points and gas station out front is awesome. Cant forget about Starbucks inside too, which also purchases count towards fuel points. I usually fill up at Costco but in a pinch the fuel points work best for cheaper lawn equipment gasoline.

Poor produce,they carry limp,seedy,soft cucumbers.say less For rest of produce. For a big store they are ill stocked in many areas. The employees are great And very very hard workers they deserve more credit and a lot more pay. Other than above mentioned criticisms I do like my Kroger

We love this Kroger,,staff were very helpful ,but,,,,the cleanliness is terrible. We use to shop at the commerce because it was so clean.now its almost. Hazardous. There was produce all over the floor and the floors were dirty.it turns you off from wanting to shop there.please look into this

Any time during the weekday or weekend, your selection for produce are next to nothing...even when speaking to a manager, theyve said we just cant figure out the times we need to stock and how much we need. This is after 2 years of being open.... I avoid this store at all costs.

It would be higher, but items were placed in locations that had tags for other products so you did not know the prices. And the cheese mongers were chewing gum.. somthing gross about someonehandling food who is chewing gum, especially when chewing with their mouth open... yuk

The checklist sucks. I went to put a check list order in just now but somehow the only available times for pick up are 8-9PM? (It is 9:56 AM right now). I do not understand the point of the app or advertising it at this store if its not even really available.

Has a great variety of products and is always clean. However, compared to other locations, it seems like everything is more expensive and the staff doesnt go out of their way to be friendly or helpful like they do at my Clarkston location...

This Kroger is always clean and the employees are kind and helpful. There is a great selection of fresh produce, and a variety of foods. Make sure you clip coupons on the kroger app and bring your Kroger card to get the best prices :)

Selection is decent, but specific things may be scattered in random parts of the store. I havent been here once when they are not restocking the store. The shelves are constantly being restocked which causes for traffic problems.

I love that new option to get online, sick but she wants to buy some pull up and a special parking spot and have it hand-delivered to your car where you also make your payment.. All while sitting in your car.

Very lovely, clean too! Unlike most krogers, the bathrooms were very clean, spotless even. The associates are extremely helpful, especially the cashiers and baggers.

The deli always seems to be out of hot foods during peak times, and they dont have a salad bar! The aisles are too narrow for such a big building.
