We ordered pizza Saturday night and the pepper pepperoni came with no pepperoni. I called and spoke with Kim Harrison the store manager (so she stated) said they would remake it and send it back out. We then opened the desert and it was wrong as well. I then called back and she rudely stated "they dont even carry the smore cookie which was never relayed to me. I then said "Kim for you guys to have so many mess ups tonight you have not once apologized". She then said "UGHHHHHHH, sorry I guess!!!! I can not believe that this is how the STORE MANAGER handles her customers. We will NEVER be back and I will contact corporate first thing Monday morning. We just received the replacement pizza UNCUT.

Ordered online for pick up and when I got home the large pizza that was suppose to be made with garlic parmesan, but was instead made with red sauce. Called the store to see if they could fix it and send it out. After speaking with the manager, who sounded reluctant to have to send out a new pizza after their mistake tells me that they wont send it out unless I give them my gate code. I told her that I have a buzzer to let them in and did not see a reason to give her the gate code to which she responded "Well everyone else gives us their gate code" She did give me a $15 credit for next time but I dont really see how that helps with messed up order I have now.

Looks like its hit or miss for many of the customers here but we have always had a great experience with them. Pizza is always done in 10-15 minutes and everything is correct with the order. Very fresh and tasty. Staff seems to have a good attitude, no problems. We have ordered probably at least 10 times so far since we moved to Prosper. We always ask about any specials and they tell us whats available at the time. We phone in then pick up.

Ive sat in the store for 20 minutes now waiting on someone who can speak english to take my order. Since the 4 employees in the store do not. The delivery woman came in, heard my complaint and did nothing. The funny part is, i speak spanish. Will be talking with corporate after i post this.

$4.00 delivery charge????? seriously???? The delivery driver failed 1. Didnt even have a pen to sign the receipt 2. No cheese or pepper packets 3. Asked for pan crust and got hand tossed hated it.... 4. NO TIP FOR YOU!!!! From now on will try Mckinney location
